A hinge is disclosed with adjusting devices. A hinge arm (1) can be securely mounted via an intermediate element (3) on a base plate (2) and is joined via pivoting levers (5) to a hinge cup (7). The intermediate element (3) can be hung into the base plate (2) and locked with a rocking lever (4) which is mounted on the intermediate element (3) so as to rotate. The intermediate element (3) is U-shaped and surrounds the base plate (2) with two lateral ridges. A circular rotating disc (20) is mounted in the hinge arm (1) and on its upper face has a seat (21) for a cross-recessed screwdriver and on its lower face a helical element (22) on which at least one projection (24) of the intermediate element (3) lies in contact.

The mounting plate intended to be secured to a piece of furniture and to the arm of a hinge of a piece of furniture is comprised of two parts. It has an upper part (13) and a base plate (14) intended to be secured to the piece of furniture. Said base plate (14) is nested on its central area into a cutting (25) parallel to the longitudinal axis (20) of the upper part extending transversally to the base plate so that it may be adjusted and locked. The base plate comprises a threaded hole (16) wherein is included the threaded part (17) of a fixing screw (18) to lock the upper part (13) to the base plate (14). The threaded part (17) of the screw (18) passes through an elongated hole (19) of the upper part (13) so that the upper part is moveable transversally to the longitudinal axis (20) by loosening the screw (18).

A device for use in a door assembly that is positioned in a cabinet and defines a pivot axis. The device includes a base member adapted to be fixedly secured to the cabinet, an intermediate member slidingly engaged with the base member, and a cover connected to the intermediate member and having a hinge pin socket therein. The intermediate member includes a transversely extending adjustment screw associated therewith that defines a first axis. Rotation of the adjustment screw causes the intermediate member and cover to move in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first axis.

본 발명은 문짝과 문틀을 체결하기 위한 은폐형 도어 힌지에 관한 것으로, ' ㄷ'자형 절곡부를 형성하며 문틀의 경첩설치부에 고정되는 고정편(10)과, 일측에 회전지지축인 축핀(15)과 결합되는 축핀(15) 결합부를 가지면서 타측은 문짝과 연 결되어 문짝의 개폐시 상기 고정편(10)의 'ㄷ'자형 절곡부로 출입하는 회전편(20) 과, 상기 문짝에 고정되어 상기 회전편(20)과 삽착 연결되는 'ㄴ'형상의 문짝 연결 금구(30)를 포함하되, 상기 회전편(20)은 일측 수직 측면을 개구로 하는 중공부 (24)가 형성되고, 상기 문짝 연결금구(30)금구(30)금구(30)가 상기 중공부(24)에 삽입되어 연결되는 것으로서, 상기 돌출부(35)가 상기 중공부(24)에 삽입되는 경 우, 상기 회전편(20)의 상하 측에 위치한 제1 조절부에 의해 상기 돌출부(35)의 높 이를 조정하여 도어 시공시 상기 문짝의 높이가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명을 제공하면, 각종 도어 시공시, 일차적으로 문짝의 돌출 부가 문틀의 중공부에 쉽게 삽입되고, 문짝의 높이를 미세하게 조절할 수 있으며, 문짝과 문틀의 간격을 용이하게 조절할 수 있게 되어 문틀에서 도어의 체결을 훨씬 용이하면서 시공 시간을 단축 시킬 수 있게 된다. 또한, 잠금부를 통하여 완전하게 고정시킴으로써, 오랜 사용으로 발생할 수 있는 문짝의 틀어짐을 방지하여 내구성을 높일 수 있게 된다.

Bei einem Scharnier (1) mit einem an einem Korpus (2) vormontierbaren korpusseitigen Scharnierteil (4) und einem an einem Türflügel (3) vormontierbaren türseitigen Scharnierteil (6), wobei die Scharnierteile (4,6) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind und wobei mindestens eines der Scharnierteile (4,6) eine Höhenverstelleinrichtung (10) und/oder eine Seitenverstelleinrichtung (5) aufweist, ist vorgesehen, dass der türseitige Scharnierteil (6) einen Scharniertopf (8) aufweist, und dass die Höhenverstelleinrichtung (10) in dem Scharniertopf (8) angeordnet ist und mindestens ein Sperrelement (17) aufweist, mit dem die eingestellte Höhenlage des Türflugels (3) gegenüber dem Korpus (2) fixierbar ist.

Ein Möbel- oder Baubeschlag besteht aus einem ersten Beschlagteil (1) und einem damit über eine Höhenverstelleinrichtung (4) verbundenen zweiten Beschlagteil (2). An dem ersten Beschlagteil (1) ist eine Gewindespindel (5) drehbar, jedoch axial unverschiebbar in zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Lagern (6, 7) gelagert. Eine mit dem zweiten Beschlagteil (2) verbundene Gewindehülse (8) steht mit der Gewindespindel (5) zwischen den beiden Lagern (6, 7) axial verstellbar in Eingriff. Die Gewindespindel (5) ist an beiden Enden in entgegengesetzten Richtungen an dem jeweils zugeordneten Lager (6, 7) axial abgestützt und ermöglicht eine Höhenverstellung der beiden Beschlagteile (1, 2).

An adjustable hinge may include a mounting plate, a door wing and a hinge arm. The hinge arm, which connects the door wing to the mounting plate, may include a slider portion and an alignment portion and a cam. The slider portion and the alignment portion, may be adapted to traverse relative to each other by the rotational movement of the cam. The alignment portion may include a one-piece alignment mechanism, having a base and a pair of walls, and may be adapted to align the slider portion to the alignment portion. The pair of walls may have upper portions, wherein the upper portions of the walls are angled toward each other.
