摘要: 提供了一种油梨未成熟胚的体外拯救方法,包括:收集未成熟的油梨杂交果实,从消毒后的果实中剥离出未成熟的合子胚;根据合子胚的成熟度,选择不同的培养基促使合子胚的成熟;油梨种胚发芽后,在光照条件下长成正常的植株。本发明可有效提高杂交油梨合子胚的成活率,提高油梨杂交成功率,拯救杂交后代,减少了杂交后代丢失,保证杂交群体的遗传完整性。

摘要: The invention provides novel methods for liquid-mediated delivery of pollen grains to enclosed stigmas in recipient female flowers. For example, methods for liquid-mediated pollination are provided. The methods provided include collecting pollen from a donor plant, suspending the collected pollen in a liquid solution, and introducing said solution to an enclosed stigma of a recipient flower bud on a recipient plant, thereby pollinating the flower with the pollen from the donor plant.

摘要: Dihaploid recoveries of Schendonorus meadow fescue and festulolium may be created using the method disclosed herein. The method includes crossing a ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) inducer line (IL) with individuals from a meadow fescue or festulolium cultivar or population. Such a cross can create a variety of resulting individual plants, including dihaploid recoveries. Some of the dihaploid recoveries can also be rhizomatous even when the parental meadow fescue or festulolium plant did not display a rhizomatous trait.

摘要: 抗病抗倒花叶型油菜在增加油菜群体总角果皮面积上的应用。利用抗病抗倒花叶型油菜密植,可增加叶面积指数,从而增加苗期群体有效光合能力,在成熟期转换为增加群体总角果皮面积,从而增加密植下油菜产量上的应用。其中两个具有抗病抗倒特性的花叶材料74277和74296在高密下(特别是行数增加到1米6行或7行下)总角果皮面积和总产具有显著增幅,分别为27.1%、23.2%和23.0%、31.1%。
