摘要: Methods of producing a hybrid organism. The methods include providing a first organism, providing a second organism, providing a fusing medium, combining the first organism and the second organism in or on the fusing medium to define a fusion environment, and initiating somatic fusion between the first organism and the second organism in the fusion environment to produce the hybrid organism. The first organism is either a plant organism or a fungus organism. The second organism is either a plant organism or a fungus organism. In some examples, the first organism is tuber melanosporum. In certain examples, the second organism is either panaeolus cambodginiensis or panaeolus cyanescens. in some examples, the methods include incubating the hybrid organism, regenerating cell wails of the hybrid organism, and/or replicating the hybrid organism.

摘要: The invention provides novel compositions and methods for storage and delivery of pollen to a female reproductive part of a recipient plant. The pollen storage composition provided includes at least one perlite particle and pollen. The methods provided include storing the pollen storage composition and applying the pollen storage composition to at least a first female reproductive part of a recipient plant, thereby pollinating the female reproductive part with the pollen from the donor plant.

摘要: 本发明公开了一种基于单株评价及全基因组选择技术的高效玉米育种方法,该方法包括以下步骤:S1、第一种植季对玉米母本进行多父本花粉授粉;S2、第二种植季对杂交籽粒进行单粒播种,单株选择并评价目标性状;S3、对选择的杂交组合亲本进行鉴定;S4、对杂交组合的目标性状进行全基因组预测;S5、根据预测的目标性状选择优良杂交组合;S6、选择的优良杂交组合直接进入品种审定环节或继续进行评价。本发明提供的育种方法极大地减少了第一种植季杂交组合组配的种子量及第二种植季杂交组合的种植规模,有效降低了育种成本,并可对未组配的杂交组合进行预测进而筛选优良组合,减少优良遗传资源的浪费,提高育种实践的选择效率。
