Abstract:
Described is a self locking safety spring clip comprising at least a main body (21) provided with an opening (38) designed to receive retaining means, for example a ring, wherein the main body (21) houses a first locking element (25) equipped at an end with a hook-shaped part or hook (26) and movable rotatably about a first pin (27) integral with the main body, as well as a second locking element (29) opposite the previous one, movable rotatably about a second pin (30) integral with the main body, the second locking element (29) being equipped with a magnetic element (31) designed to attract the retaining means thus facilitating the coupling and simultaneously the locking to the hook-shaped part or hook (26).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a coupler (1) for coupling a substantially elongated belt portion, comprising a housing (2), comprising a first beam (4), extending substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt portions, for guiding a belt portion, a connector (3), located on a distance from the first beam, at least two sidewalls (5, 6), which extend between the first beam (4) and the connector (3), which sidewalls (5, 6) are located on opposite ends of the first beam (4), wherein at least a part of at least one side wall (6) is pivotable between at least two positions: a closed position wherein the pivotable sidewall (6) portion engages the first beam (4) to limit a belt passage between the side walls (5, 6), the connector (3) and the first beam (4), and an opened position wherein the pivotable sidewall portion is located on a distance of the first beam (4) to allow passage of a belt potion between the pivotable sidewall portion and the first beam (4).
Abstract:
A key ring includes a body having an upper ring and a lower ring, the upper ring having a closable opening. The upper ring and the lower ring are separated by a pinch point. The pinch point includes a first and second side of the body, the first and second sides of the body in very close proximity at the pinch point, such that a key sliding along the lower ring of the body may not easily pass the pinch point to the upper ring.
Abstract:
A carabiner (1) is provided comprising a substantially C- frame (2) having a first end (3) and a second end (4), at least an internal gate (5) and an external gate (6). The frame (2) the internal gate (5) and the external gate (6) define a continuously enclosed inner region (8) in a closed configuration. Each of the gates (5, 6) has a pivot (5h, 6h) on one of the first and second end (3, 4). The gates are configured so as to be opened with respect to the frame (2) in view of a rotation about the respective pivot (5h, 6h), one in a first direction towards the inner region (8) and one in a second direction opposite to the first direction. Biasing means (5b, 5c, 6b, 6c) are provided to bias the gates in a closed position. Preferably the internal gate (5) is pivotably coupled to the frame at a first end (3) and the external gate (6) is pivotably coupled to the frame (2) at the second end (4) opposite to the first end (3). The carabiner includes an interstitial region (9, 209, 210) to receive at least a portion of a user's finger so as to facilitate the opening of the gates
Abstract:
Abstract:
Latch assemblies for releasably engaging anchor members and other attachment points in vehicles are disclosed herein. A latch assembly configured in accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure includes a latch and an ejector movably coupled to a frame. In some embodiments, a biasing member urges the ejector toward a position that holds the latch in a first or open position prior to attachment to an anchor member. When the anchor member presses against the ejector, another biasing member urges the latch to pivot from the first or open position to a second position about a first pivot point, and then from the second position to a third or fully closed position about a second pivot point.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hooking bracket, comprising at least one notched opening (34, 35), which has oblique contact surfaces (42). In order to secure a hooking pin (8) hooked into the notch opening (34, 35) from unintentionally detaching, a pawl (11) having a spring element is attached in the area of the at least one notched opening (34, 35), wherein the pawl automatically locks with the hooking pin (8) hooked into the at least one notched opening (34, 35) in the course of the hooking motion and is opened again by pressing the pawl (11) in a direction opposite the closing motion.
Abstract:
