Abstract:
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Präparieren eines Transportbehälters der einen Aufnahmeraum für zu transportierendes Transportgut hat, der durch eine äußere Wärmeisolation isoliert ist. Der Aufnahmeraum wird an einem Bestückungsort mit für eine Soll-Wärmekapazität notwendigen, vorkonditionierten Haupt-Latentwärmespeicherelementen bestückt. Zusätzlich zu den vorkonditionierten Haupt-Latentwärmespeicherelementen wird der Aufnahmeraum jedoch auch mit weiteren auf eine bestimmte Temperatur vorkonditionierten Wärmeenergiespeicherelementen, den Zusatz-Energiespeicherelementen, bestückt. Dadurch kann erreicht werden, dass eine längere Überführungs-Zeitspanne nach dem Bestücken und vor dem Befüllen des Aufnahmeraumes mit dem Transportgut überbrückt werden kann, so dass für den Transport des Transportgutes ab dem Zeitpunkt der Befüllung jeweils die volle Soll-Zeitspanne in dem gewünschten Soll-Temperaturbereich zur Verfügung steht.

The ice chest includes a top, a bottom, and first, second, third, and fourth sides defining an ice bin. First and second pins are mechanically connected with the first, second, third, and fourth sides at each end thereof. The first, second, third, and fourth legs each include a first surface having first and second engagement slots and a second surface having first and second engagement slots. Securing the first, second, third, and fourth legs with the ice chest includes engaging the first and second engagement slots of the first, second, third, and fourth legs with the first and second pins of the first, second, third, and fourth sides.

A bag for dry ice includes a container having a chamber therein for receiving the dry ice; a first layer of insulation at the chamber constructed and arranged to provide a first heat transfer rate; and a second layer of insulation at the chamber spaced apart from the first layer of insulation, and constructed and arranged to provide a second heat transfer rate greater than the first transfer rate. Control board from smart kitchen cabinets and refrigerators will timely alert customers by sending SMS / Email regularly at what point they need to purchase and re-fill groceries into the trays / cabinets situated at home, hotels, food stores etc. This business can have tie up / partnership with modular kitchen partners and other cabinet and refrigerator vendors and in turn provide smart kitchen cabinets and smart refrigerators to the customers. It also allows customizing the existing non-intelligent kitchen cabinets to intelligent cabinets. These cabinets / refrigerators will send the information / data of the components inside the trays / cabinets to the internet and provide a real time status of the items on the cabinets. Most importantly, system will alert them re-order requirement of the items based on the threshold level validations implemented in the firmware of the control board. Smart cabinets can be introduced to the Star hotels, catering providers and also food retailers such as KFC, McDonnell's etc. which will allow them to track down and achieve effective usage of food ingredients and groceries in their kitchens. Access to historic data and reports of the food ingredients and groceries will allow supervisors and F& B managers to remediate the discrepancies and avoid improper and excessive usages and wastages.

본 발명은 조핵제 및 n-테트라데칸을 포함하는 상전이물질팩에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 유기계 상전이물질 (PCM: Phase Change Material)인 파라핀계 탄화수소 n-테트라데칸(tetradecane)에 조핵제를 첨가하고 액상의 이들 물질이 외부로 새어나가는 것을 방지하도록 밀봉된 본체부를 포함하는 상전이물질팩에 관한 것이다. 이러한 조핵제가 첨가된 n-테트라데칸 상전이물질팩의 경우 조핵제가 첨가되지 않은 기존의 상전이물질팩에 비해 동결시간이 훨씬 단축되어, 전력소비 감소를 통한 제품의 가격경쟁력이 제고되는 장점이 있다. 또한 다량의 상전이물질팩들을 동결할 경우나 동일 상전이물질팩을 재사용하는 경우, 조핵제가 첨가되지 않은 기존의 상전이물질팩에 비해 동일 온도에서 동결하는 재현성이 월등히 향상되는 장점이 있다.

The invention relates to a modular passive refrigeration container for the cold storage and transport of goods, especially fresh produce and deep-frozen goods as well as to a method for the assembly of such a modular passive refrigerated container, comprising at least: (i) a cooling element, suitable for binary ice as coolant, comprising at least three plate-shaped hollow cooling segments, wherein the plate-shaped cooling segments define at least a portion of the refrigeration space, (ii) an insulation material in plate form, and (iii) a housing, suitable for receiving said cooling element and said insulating material in plate form, wherein said cooling element is removably surrounded by said housing, and wherein a space between the said cooling element and said housing is at least partially filled with said insulating material which is reversibly connected with either said housing or said cooling element or both.
