Abstract:
Command system for the active and diagnostic control of a railway pantograph that continuously controls the pressure in the pneumatic actuator and, thus, the contact force on the catenary. The system also realizes the diagnostic and the maintenance under condition of the pantograph and of the contact line by using optical sensors.
Abstract:
A system for fastening wood-blocks (10) of outdoor and indoor wood flooring comprising supports (1) of nylon (or other material) in the shape of butterfly able to rotate by 360- and positioned on a basic frame with a predetermined centre distance. Blocks of wood (10) (or other material) are positioned between adjacent butterfly supports and are milled longitudinally along all their length. Upon rotation of the butterfly support by 90-, the latter enters the milled area and fastens the wood-block to the basic frame, while upon rotation by further 90- the wood-block is released.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing boards that are assembled with a frame member to form top assemblies for covering household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers for industrial and domestic use. The production consists of manufacturing the board of the top panel by a new material replacing the materials used today by a completely automated method without waste as such a material can be fully recycled. The invention relates to the manufacturing of a new material in order to produce a board which does not consist of wood anymore by an injection moulding method.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing the water distribution, assembly for the drawers or compartments of the cleansing agents of washing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers for industrial and domestic uses is disclosed. This method develops through only one moulding step during which the assembling of the upper part (1) with the lower part (2) is carried out. The method consists of the simultaneous production of the two components (1, 2) of the distribution assembly by injection moulding into a multishaped mould designed to receive two injections of melted material, the first one to form the (upper and lower) components (1, 2), the second one to assemble and to seal hermetically the system. During the step disclosed above the assembling of the two components is obtained. By this method a moulded assembly is provided through only one double-injection moulding step.
Abstract:
The present industrial invention relates to a method of producing rigid channels that can be easily shaped by hand without any folds of material inside their section. In case of an U-shaped section, the channel can be bent both on a plane parallel and perpendicular to the base and also in the three-dimensional space. The U-shaped channel has transversal slots (2, 3) with a predetermined pitch formed in the base and in the side surfaces and has the same features as a conventional not slotted channel because the longitudinal and transversal recesses in the side surfaces give not only rigidity to the whole channel but also convey to the weakening portions the outside strains applied to the channel. The advantages of such new types of products are: no material folds inside the section of the channel; an easier use; a lower cost; etc.
Abstract:
Soundproofing and lagging material, which has the characteristic to increase its volume with the heat, thanks to fiber glass yarn (1, 2) or other suitable material; the above mentioned yarns (1, 2) are arranged at 90 degree among them, forming a double fiber glass weft. Then are superimposed on the above mentioned weft two other layers of yarn (3, 4) at +45 degree. All these fibers are compacted and hold together by not heat-resistant filament (5).
Abstract:
A system for leveling floors and other, through lifting, made by providing two glasses (5, 8) sliding one into the other, the inner one being filled with sand. For adjusting the height of a floor it is sufficient to hold with one hand the outer glass (5) and with the other one lift the inner glass (8). During the lifting step the sand contained inside the inner glass, through the voids (11) existing at the bottom of the prismatic structure, passes into the outer glass so that once the inner glass has been brought to its desired height, its base resting on the sand is able to support the weight applied upon.
Abstract:
Articulated platform made up of an inclined plane that moves close to the step to overcome thanks to the translational and rotation movement given by an actuator and two plates fixed to the inclined plane and to the base.
Abstract:
Monocomponent rooftile designed to house a photovoltaic module having a shape especially designed to offer high architectural integrability, top quality thermal isolation and excellent ventilation, to facilitate photovoltaic module cooling and removal of any residues. The rooftile may also be used without the photovoltaic module.
