The present invention relates to washer/dryer (1 ) comprising a tub (3) made of a rigid thermoplastic material, wherein the drum containing the emplaced laundry rotates, a loading port (4) arranged on the body (2) and used for loading, unloading the laundry, a tub entry orifice (5) situated on the tub (3) and positioned in alignment with the loading port (4) and a bellows (6) disposed between the tub (2) and the body (2), with the annular outer end fastened to the rim of the loading port (4) and the annular inner end to the rim of the tub entry orifice (5), produced of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) material and whereby the bellows (6) is fastened to the tub (3) by a leak-proof and high strength connection method.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Zahnbürste (50) oder eines Teils davon im Zwei- oder Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgiessverfahren. Zur Herstellung von vom Rest des Bürstenkörpers isolierten Segmenten (20) im Bürstenkörper wird eine Form (10) verwendet, die drei Hohlbereiche (12, 14, 16) umfasst. Von diesen dienen zwei voneinander getrennte Hohlbereiche (12, 14) zur Herstellung der Segmente (12) bzw. der übrigen Bereiche (18) der Zahnbürste (50) aus einer ersten Komponente (38). Ein dritter Hohlbereich (16) dient zum Verteilen von Material auf die voneinander und von den übrigen Bereichen (18) isolierten Segmente (20) bzw. den entsprechenden Hohlbereich (14). Das dort zurückbleibende Material (22) wird entfernt und entsorgt. In einem weiteren Schritt werden Verbindungselemente (42) zwischen den Segmenten (20) bzw. den übrigen Bereichen (18) aus einer zweiten Komponente (39) angespritzt.

At the time of molding a side winker (1) by die slide injection molding system, a process for building a bulb (3) and a terminal (7) in a housing (4) is provided between a process for separating first and second dies (9, 10) used for primary injection molding of a lens section (2) and the housing (4) as semi-finished products and a process for die sliding and secondary injection molding the lens section (2) and the housing (4) that are abutting against each other so that the bulb (3) and the terminal (7) are not fixed later using a socket, thus molding a side winker (1) with the bulb (3) and the terminal (7) inserted therein.

The invention concerns a method which consists in: a) producing a preform (1, 2, 10) of the two mechanical parts (1, 2), wherein the two parts are assembled by at least a frangible link (10), in a position relatively spaced from their final assembling position; b) opening a two-part (7', 8') mould for producing the linking component (3) by overmoulding the mechanical parts (1, 2) and setting said preform (1, 2, 10) in said mould such that, when it is subsequently closed, the mould breaks the frangible link (10) et drives the two mechanical parts into their final assembling position; and c) closing the mould (7', 8') and injecting the moulding material into the mould to form the mechanical assembly (1, 2, 3). The invention is applicable to an anti-vibration mechanical assembly.

The invention concerns a method for making a smoothing iron reservoir consisting of two parts (1, 2) in plastic material simultaneously injection moulded in a mould and wherein the reservoir is assembled in that same mould before the parts are entirely crystallised. A joint (5) sealingly connecting the two parts is injected. The invention also concerns a reservoir obtained by said method.
