摘要： This invention focuses on electrooptic devices and in particular on electrochromic devices with many aspects directed towards automotive EC mirrors. There are several ways to improve these products and their processing using this invention and some of the prominent ones are outlined below. This invention improves on the devices by disclosing new compositions for electrodes and methods of depositing them. It also addresses novel ways to provide busbars to power these devices in order to improve their performance. The device processing attributes and performance are also improved by adhesive compositions and solid electrolytes disclosed herein. In addition sensors are also disclosed which are novel for use in electrochromic mirrors. The invention also discloses how the electrolytes comprising ionic liquids have no adverse effect on attributes of commercial EC mirrors and often result in improved performance and/or feature enhancements.

摘要： An intelligent label is associated with a good, and includes one or more permanent and irreversible electrochromic indicators that are used to report the condition of that good at selected points in the movement or usage of that good. These electrochromic indicators provide immediate visual information regarding the status of the good without need to interrogate or communicate with the electronic processor on the intelligent label. If a product fails to meet shipping or quality standards, the particular point where the product failed can be quickly and easily identified, and information can be used to assure the consumer remains safe, while providing essential information for improving the shipping process. It will be understood that the label may take many forms, such as a tag attached to th good, integrated into the packaging for the good, integrated into the good itself. The label may also include print information regarding the good, usage or shipping rules, or address and coded information.

摘要： A high efficiency diametrically compact, radial oriented piston hydraulic machine includes a cylinder block with a plurality of cylinders coupled to a first port by a first valve and to a second port by a second valve. A drive shaft with an eccentric cam, is rotatably received in the cylinder block and a cam bearing extend around the eccentric cam. A separate piston is slideably received in each cylinder. A piston rod is coupled at one end to the piston and a curved shoe at the other end abuts the cam bearing. The curved shoe distributes force from the piston rod onto a relatively large area of the cam bearing and a retaining ring holds each shoe against the cam bearing. The cylinder block has opposing ends with a side surface there between through which every cylinder opens. A band engages the side surface closing the openings of the cylinders.
