    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications system may utilize an inter-system information report message (e.g., a self-organizing network (SON) information report message) to support inter-system mobility load balancing (MLB). For example, a first node, operating in accordance with a first radio access technology (RAT), may receive an information report message from a second node operating in accordance with a second RAT. The information report message may include a periodic load reporting request information element (IE) or an event-triggered load reporting request IE. In response, the first node may determine a traffic load based on the load reporting request and transmit, to the second node, an information report message which includes one or more IEs for reporting the determined traffic load. The exchange of the load information via the IEs may enable for MLB between nodes of different RAT.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an apparatus of a central or management entity of an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network may receive a report indicating one or more of a failure associated with a communication link associated with an IAB node included in the IAB network or a quality of service (QoS) associated with the communication link. The apparatus may modify a topography of the IAB network or routing within the IAB network when the report indicates the failure associated with the communication link. The apparatus may verify a QoS associated with the IAB network when the report indicates the QoS associated with the communication link. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for an ML model training procedure. A network entity may receive a trigger to activate an ML model training procedure based on at least one of an indication from an ML model repository or a protocol of the network entity. The network entity may transmit an ML model training request to activate the ML model training at one or more nodes. The one or more nodes may be associated with a RAN that may transmit, based on receiving the ML model training request, ML model training results indicative of a trained ML model. In aspects, an apparatus, such as a UE, may train the ML model based on an ML model training configuration received from the RAN, and transmit an ML model training report indicative of the trained ML model.

    Abstract: In some wireless communications systems, devices may support minimization of drive test (MDT) reporting, quality of service (QoS) reporting, and quality of experience (QoE) measurements. A user equipment (UE) and the serving base station may obtain measurements in accordance with a measurement configuration that indicates various triggering events or reporting adjustment factors associated with the measurements. The measurement configuration may indicate a triggering event such as the start of an application or service at the UE, and the UE may obtain MDT or QoE measurements based on identifying the application or service. Additionally, the serving base station may obtain MDT and QoE measurements based on identifying the application and service or a notification from the UE. The UE and the serving base station may identify reporting adjustment factors based on network slicing, area configurations and times of the day affecting the reporting interval and reporting amount for the measurement report.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communications system may perform measurements of a network while in an idle or an inactive state. The UE may receive, from a base station, an idle mode measurement configuration and a logged measurement configuration for performing measurements while the UE is in the idle state or the inactive state. The UE may determine, from the idle mode measurement configuration, that the measurements are to also be used for minimization of drive test (MDT) reporting. The UE may generate an MDT report based on the idle mode measurement configuration and the logged measurement configuration. The UE may transmit, to the base station, the MDT report based on the idle mode measurement configuration.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of methods of managing data measurement reporting may include sending from an application processor of a user equipment (UE) to a modem of the UE an attention (AT) command to configure the modem to send an unsolicited result code in response to receiving a pause command or a resume command related to sending of application level measurement information being gathered by the UE, receiving a pause command from a network element while sending of application level measurement information being gathered by the UE to the network element, sending from the modem to the application processor an unsolicited result code including a pause indication or instruction to temporarily pause sending of the application level measurement information in response to the received pause command and the AT command, and pausing sending of the application level measurement information by the modem in response to the pause command.
