摘要： The present invention is directed toward a movable airborne contaminant control system having a retractable/extendable booth attached in a sealing manner to a ventilation unit, preferably mounted on wheels. The ventilation unit includes a filter assembly that opens into the work are formed by the booth. Front doors support air filters. In operation, the ventilation unit draws air in a longitudinal laminar flow over one or more work pieces. The filter assembly captures both particulates and VOCs to allow the exhaust air to include an extremely low contaminant load.

摘要： A tent fan (20) for moving air through a tent (50) or canopy. The tent fan (20) includes a housing (22) with magnets (36, 38), and a separate metal plate (40). The metal plate (40) may be placed on the opposite side of a screen (54) from the housing (22) and may be attached to the magnets (36, 38). In this manner, the tent fan (20) is mounted for directing air into or out of the tent (50) or canopy through the screen. The metal plate (40) is bent at one end so that it may act as a stand for the tent fan (20) to be arranged in an upright manner. A special port (52) may be provided for fitting the tent fan on a side or top of a tent (50) or a canopy.

When collapsed the enclosure is a package approximately the size of an average golf club bag which is easily portable to another location. Ducting (66, 68) is provided to which negative pressure pumps are connected to maintain negative pressure within the enclosure and draw contaminants into the pump and then into a closed container. In one embodiment, a four-sided flange (144) extends from the rear side of the enclosure to allow sealing of the flange around the doorway and thereby provide a mechanism for isolating the room located interiorly of the doorway.
