Abstract:
An endoskeleton elastomer that variably impacts the mattress firmness head-to-toe is described. The elastomer fills voids cut into the foam using contour cutting or spherical cap-shaped cutouts. The elastomer is poured as a hot liquid into the voids, and cools to a solid elastomer. The specific incarnation involves the creation of a set of parallel inclusions at the center of the mattress or a set of spherical cap-shaped cutouts that help prop up the hip area to maintain proper spinal alignment by firming the center of the mattress. The depth, width, shape, spacing, elastomer durometer, and location (both head-to-toe and depth in the mattress) may be varied to impact firmness in any desired manner. The mattress may also include a series of horizontaloriented cutouts that are cut into various portions of the mattress layers. These cutouts may extend along the width of the mattress and may be placed at portions of the top and portions of the bottom of the mattress.

A privacy shield includes an arrangement of fabric panels including a top panel, a back panel and opposite side panels surrounding an interior privacy chamber. The top panel has a window with a movable flap cover for entry of light and viewing into the nursing chamber. Retractable drawstrings extending through seams of the panels allow for adjustment of the height and width of the nursing chamber. A skeletal frame member extends through a continuous sleeve along the peripheral edges of the fabric panels allowing the privacy shield to be collapsed under tension into a compact arrangement for transport and storage, and expanded in a "pop-open" action, wherein the frame member holds the arrangement of fabric panels taut in surrounding relation to the interior privacy chamber. An arrangement of straps with releasable fasteners allows the privacy shield to be secured to a baby stroller, chair or other structure.

본 발명은 난방기기와 온수매트의 온도조절을 상호 연동시킴으로써 불필요한 난방을 자동으로 방지하여 난방비를 절감하고, 사용자에게 신속히 난방을 제공할 수 있는 난방기기와 연동되는 온수매트 및 온수매트의 제어방법을 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명의 온수매트는, 실내 난방을 제공하는 난방기기의 통신부와 통신하는 매트 통신부; 온수를 생성하기 위한 가열부; 실내온도센서에 의해 측정된 실내온도를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 실내온도로부터 상기 가열부의 동작을 제어하여 매트부에 온수의 공급 여부를 제어하는 매트 제어부;를 포함한다.

A fire-retardant polyurethane foam mattress and a method of manufacture thereof are provided. The mattress comprises a polyurethane foam prepared from a composition comprising at least a polyol, an organic polyisocyanate and a fire retardant and is provided with an outer layer encapsulating the polyurethane foam, the outer layer comprising a waterproof membrane of silicone rubber. A fire-resistant barrier layer is disposed substantially between the waterproof membrane and the polyurethane foam.

O presente pedido resolve o problema técnico associado à manipulação de peças de mobiliário, através do controlo num espaço de comunicação sem fios, de pelo menos um atuador elétrico, incorporado em pelo menos uma peça de mobiliário. Para isso, divulga-se um sistema de controlo sem fios de mobiliário (100) que compreende um dispositivo computacional móvel (101) carregado pelo utilizador, pelo menos um dispositivo computacional fixo (102) incorporado numa peça de mobiliário a controlar e pelo menos um atuador elétrico (103) incorporado no interior da dita peça de mobiliário, sendo oculto para o utilizador. Esta solução esta direcionada para utilizadores com mobilidade reduzida, podendo ser utilizada como um sistema de controlo sem fios de mobiliário doméstico, de escritório ou noutros contextos como por exemplo na hotelaria.

Der Ausströmbereich (11) ist an einem flexiblen, luftdurchlässigen Material (12) ausgebildet. Um einen flexiblen Einsatz der Luftzuführeinrichtung (1) und eine geringe Beeinträchtigung eines Benutzers zu erreichen, ist vorgesehen, dass die Luftzuführeinrichtung (1) einen flächigen, flexiblen Abschnitt (16) aufweist, der eine erste Flachseite (7) und eine gegenüberliegende, zweite Flachseite (8) besitzt.
