Provided is a method of preparing a bioactive substance-encapsulatedethosome, the method including: preparing an aqueous solution of a bioactive substance,preparing a lipid-dissolved solution by dissolving lipids in ethanol, preparing a hydrated liquid crystalline phase by hydrating the lipid-dissolved solution by mixing and agitating the bioactive substance aqueous solution together with the lipid-dissolved solution, and preparing an ethosome solution by adding purified water to the hydrated liquid crystalline phase to produce a mixture and agitating the mixture.
Abstract:
The present application provides elastomeric articles that are able to deliver skin care properties to a person wearing or coming into contact with the article. The articles comprise an elastomeric film a plant stem cell material. The plant stem cell material may be in the form of a bilayer membrane-encapsulated plant stem cell material. The plant stem cell material may be present as a layer or coating on a surface of the elastomeric film. Also provided are methods for the production of the articles.

본 발명은 신규의 프로테인 트랜스덕션 도메인이 자가조립된 구형 구조체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 서열번호 1에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드를 이용할 경우, 세포 또는 피부 침투성이 한층 증진된 구형 구조체 (일 예로, 리포좀)를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에서 제조된 구형 구조체 (일 예로, 리포좀)를 이용할 경우, 난용성 물질 (피부기능성 물질 또는 약리학적 효능 물질)을 구조체 내부에 탑재시켜 피부 또는 세포로 효율적으로 수송할 수 있다.

The invention relates to a hair colouring and/or bleaching composition comprising at least a first aqueous component (i) and a second aqueous component (ii) being mixed prior to application onto hair, wherein the first component (i) or the second component (ii) or both components (i) and (ii) comprise a gel-network system consisting of multi-lamellar sheets and vesicles with d-spacing (interlayer spacing between sheets) between 5 nm and 50nm, preferably 10nm to 30 nm, more preferred 15 nm to 25 nm as measured by Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS), and the first component (i) or the second component (ii) or both comprise at least a first malodor suppressant being a compound having a distribution coefficient logP of 2 or more and a molecular weight of between 100 and 400, a method for coloring or bleaching hair, a kit comprising the above components and the use of the described hair coloring compoeition for colouring and/or bleaching hair with a reduced or eliminated ammonia odour.

Methods for making an oleosome-based sunscreen formulation are provided. The methods involve preparing an oleosome suspension buffered at a pH in a range from about pH 3 to about pH 6, and contacting the oleosome formulation with a sunscreen active agent to prepare a sunscreen formulation. The sunscreen formulation may be used to prepare personal care products capable of protecting human skin against ultraviolet radiation. Related compositions are also provided.

Compositions and methods for topical treatment of the hyperpigmented lesions of melasma are presented. Such compositions include defensins in concentrations that are below those that exhibit antimicrobial activity, and can be in the form of a topically applied gel, lotion, wash, shampoo, cream, or mask. Various formulations for such compositions, which can include various pharmaceutically acceptable stabilizers, emollients, and fragrances, are provided.
