Abstract:
The invention relates to an active electrical component (1), in particular a switching element such as a relay (2) or a contactor. An object of the invention is to provide an active electrical component (1) which can be readily fitted in a reliable manner to a counter-element and which is suitable in particular for high currents. According to the invention, this is achieved with an active electrical component (1), in particular a switching element such as a relay (2) or a contactor having at least one contact (6) which is accessible from the outer side for connection in an insertion direction (S) to a counter-contact of a counter- element and having at least one force transmission structure (9) which extends to the contact (6) in a continuous manner from a side (10) of the component (1) opposite the contact (6).
Abstract:
A switching device (10) comprising a contactor (14) and an actuator (12). The contactor (14) comprises at least a first contactor member (16) and a second contactor member (18). The actuator (12) is configured to actuate the contactor (14). At least one of the contactor members (16, 18) comprises a varying or variable thickness along its length such that the at least one of the contactor members (16, 18) comprises a relatively thick portion (26) and a relatively thin portion (20).
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a contact arrangement (1) for a relay for switching high load currents. Furthermore, the invention relates to a relay (43) for switching high load currents having a contact arrangement (1). Finally, the invention relates to a method for assembling a relay. In order to be able to assemble the contact arrangement (1) in the relay in an at least partially automated manner, without additional retention devices being required for a cord (4), there is provision according to the invention for the cord (4) to be retained in an inherently stable manner owing to its shape as a self-supporting structure and for the method to have a method step in which the cord (4) is shaped to form a self-supporting structure with a bent shape.
