A shelf system (10) for supporting objects includes an elongated curved support (12) held by a plurality of spaced attachment elements (16) which can be attached to a wall. The curved support (12) includes a transparent plexiglass material. The curved support (12) is formed by a flexible sheet or rod. Support pegs (24) or wires (38) are provided to extend through apertures or slits (28) provided in the curved support (12) for supporting the objects (26). The spaced attachment elements (16) constrain and support the curved support (12). The spaced attachment elements (16) include blocks with channels (18) for constraining the edges (17) of the curved support (12) or attachment pins (32) extending through apertures (34) provided in the curved support (30).

A spacial work organizer (10) comprising an upright support (13) arrangement having a generally vertically and horizontally stepped configuration defining a series of generally L-shaped support trays (14-16) which are disposed in vertically adjoined but horizontally staggered relationship. The support arrangement is preferably of a horizontally concavely curved configuration, whereby a worker can readily position a plurality of documents (70) such as papers and the like on the various vertically spaced trays (14-16), with several such documents (70) being disposed in self-supporting relation on each level or tray.

A shelf guard for use with bookshelves (10), (12) and the like includes first and second stationary support brackets (20), (22) and first and second linkages (24), (26) pivotally attached to the support bracket. The linkages and a retention bar (28) supported thereon are pivotal to a raised position thereby permitting access to a guarded shelf and are pivotable to a lowered position for preventing items from falling from the shelf.

The first edge includes an edge tongue 22 that extends from the junction plane. The second edge includes an edge groove 21 at the junction plane. The edge tongue is configured to cooperate with the edge groove for locking together the first and the second edges in a first direction D1 which is perpendicular to the first main plane. The edge tongue 22 includes a tongue groove 10. The edge groove 21 includes a flexible tongue 30 arranged in an insertion groove 20. In one arrangement, a storage system for storing items includes an enclosure enclosing a hypoxic environment, and a pallet shuttle system comprising rows of racks disposed within the hypoxic environment. The pallet shuttle system also includes at least one transfer car and at least one shuttle for carrying storage modules into and out of the racks. The system further includes a loading station outside the hypoxic environment, and an enclosure door to the hypoxic environment. The enclosure door is operable to admit the transfer car of the pallet shuttle system into and out of the hypoxic environment, and to close the hypoxic environment upon passage of the transfer car through the door. Optionally, the system includes paneling separating the enclosure into at least two separately climate-controlled zones such that at least one of the racks is in each of the at least two separately climate-controlled zones.

Die vierte Platte ist eine Zwischenplatte (7), die in dem Möbelstück zwischen der ersten Seitenplatte (3) und der zweiten Seitenplatte (4) rechtwinklig zu diesen und der dritten Platte (6) eingefügt ist.
