Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gleissystem (10) für Fahrgeschäfte mit fachwerkartigen Gleiselementen (1), welche wenigstens einem Dreigurtsystem bestehen und als erstes und zweites Gurtelement nebeneinander verlaufende Gleise (2,3) und wenigstens ein weiteres Gurtelement (4.1) umfassen, wobei durch die Gleise (2, 3) und diese Gleise (2, 3) verbindenden Traversen (5, 5.1) eine erste Aussteifungsebene (A1) sowie durch jeweils von einem Gleis (2, 3) und dasselbe mit dem wenigstens dritten Gurtelement (4.1) verbindenden Querstreben (6, 6.1) eine zweite und eine dritte Aussteifungsebene (A2, A3) gebildet sind, und zur Bildung von Gleisabschnitten (1.1,..., 1.7) die Traversen (5, 5.1) und Querstreben (6) beabstandet angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass wenigstens ein von benachbarten Traversen (5, 5.1) mit zugehörigen Querstreben (6, 6.1) gebildeter Gleisabschnitt (1.1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7) mit einem Versteifungselement (7.3) ausgebildet ist, welches den Gleisabschnitt (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7) derart überspannt, dass das Versteifungselement (7.3) zusammen mit dem weiteren Gurtelement (4.1) des Gleisabschnittes (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7) eine vierte Versteifungsebene (A4) gebildet wird.
Abstract:
Ein schienengeführte Fördermittel enthält einen Förderwagen (3) mit mindestens drei Laufrollen (4a, 4b, 4c) zur rollenden Förderung entlang einer Schienenführung. Die Rotationsebenen (R) der mindestens drei Laufrollen (4a, 4b, 4c) sind in einem Winkel von grösser 90° und kleiner 180° relativ zueinander angeordnet. Die dazugehörige Förderanlage enthält eine Mehrzahl von solchen Fördermittel sowie eine entsprechende Schienenführung mit einem Schienenkörper. Der Schienenkörper enthält einen Schienenkörperlängsabschnitt mit drei am Aussenumfang des Schienenkörpers angeordneten Laufflächen für die mindestens drei Laufrollen (4a, 4b, 4c) des Fördermittels. Die Flächennormalen der drei Laufflächen sind in einem Winkel von grösser 90° und kleiner 180° zueinander angeordnet.

A suspended patient-carrier/transport apparatus (10) of the type including an overhead rail (20) forming a horizontal track (21) terminating at a track-end (22), and a carrier device (12) supported by a carriage (30) having a plurality of aligned rollers (32) rideable along the track. The inventive suspended transport apparatus has a locking safety mechanism (14) including the carriage having a main carriage portion (34) and a forward carriage portion (36). A track-end detector (22) is at the forward carriage portion and movably secured with respect thereto such that the track-end detector moves downwardly when it runs beyond the track-end. A locking device (40) is operatively connected with respect to the track-end detector such that downward movement thereof causes the locking device to engage the rail thereby stopping the carriage on the track.

A trolley assembly (10) for a conveyor includes a wheel assembly (12) and a trolley arm (14). The wheel assembly (12) includes a wheel (18) that is rotatably mounted to an axle (20), with the axle extending along an axis of rotation of the wheel and comprising a mounting portion that is non-rotatably mounted to or at least partially received in the trolley arm (14). The mounting portion of the axle (20) may be inserted into a passageway (15) and at least partially expanded to limit retraction of the axle from the passageway, or a fastener (16) or other retaining means may secure the axle at least partially within a passageway of the trolley arm. The mounting portion of the axle may comprise a non-cylindrical mounting portion that is received in a non-cylindrical-shaped passageway of the trolley arm.

The wheel assembly (12) includes a wheel (18) that is rotatably mounted to an axle (20), with the axle extending along an axis of rotation of the wheel and comprising a mounting portion that is non-rotatably mounted to or at least partially received in the trolley arm (14). Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Schienentrasse aus einzelnen Schienenstößen (1), mit zumindest einem elektronischen Identifizierungselement (10) für die Schienenstöße (1), welches Daten mit einer Abfrageeinheit (11 ) austauscht. Erfindungsgemäß werden schienenspezifische Identifizierungs- und/ oder Kontrolldaten zwischen dem Identifizierungselement (10) und der Abfrageeinheit (11) übermittelt.

A conveyor system (10) includes a rail (14) and trolleys used to store and/or convey various items therealong. In cross-section the rail is crescent shaped with a hollow interior, having an upwardly convex upper surface (26) and an upwardly concave lower surface (28). The trolleys consist of a bar (17) suspended on pendants which movably engage and travel along the rail. The pendants are generally U-shaped having a central bight to which the bar is coupled, and two spaced apart arms (48, 50) which project from the bight. The arms are spaced from each other by a distance greater than the lateral width of the rail. A bearing member is spaced towards the end of each arm. The bearing members are spaced from each other by a minimum distance which is less than the lateral extent of the rail, but greater than the maximum spacing in between the upper and lower rail surfaces.

Over head-transporting system for displacing parts from one place to another and mechanically opening and closing gripper hanging from a support (10) whose point is a wheel, a pulley or roller (30), to which has been mounted a device which rotates in only one direction, taking the power from the controlled oscillations of the rolling track (8) and the continuous variation or deviation of the center of gravity with respect to the vertical when at rest, thereby achieving a considerable energy saving. The gripper provides for the firm clamping of the elements to be conveyed, without the risk of falling during the transport, the elements being released at the indicated location, all of which is carried out without any external energy supply.
