The electric motor is coupled to a direct drive gearbox which in turn is coupled by means of a hollow shaft to a drive shaft. The drive shaft and superstructure mounted on top of it is supported by a vertical support comprising a barrel with taper bearings and a barrel support outward of the barrel. The barrel support and not the barrel is mounted to the base, by welding, so as not to compromise the close tolerance of manufacture of the cylinder. The drive shaft has a vertical axis and extends upwardly to a turntable (3) that is driven to rotate by the drive shaft. A plurality of arms (5) is mounted on the turntable (3) and each extend radially outward there from. The arms (5) are equally angularly spaced from each other and arm extensions (8) are mounted on each arm (5). The arm extensions (8) are telescopically received within the associated arm (5) and locating formations receive the arm extension within the arm by the correct length. Dividers (10) are suspended from each arm extension (8) to divide the exerciser 1 up into different compartments each of which can receive a horse.

A fitness wall panel has a height chosen to correspond with (1) the height of the user and/or (2) the environmental limitations of the containing room, producing a multifunctional exercise system. Large, rugged hand/foot holds and/or handles are removably bolted in the panel. Elastic straps, bands, ropes, chains, cables, platforms, bars and various other attachments can be mounted on the panel. Optional pulley systems and vibrators are mountable to the panel. Removable attachment of the foregoing devices creates a multitude of functional options and configurations, allowing a multitude of different exercise and training methods to be performed on one piece of equipment. Panels can be configured into arrays, projections or posts standing alone. O piso (2) da academia recebe, para cada conjunto estação- torre, duas caixas (17) resistentes, embutidas nesse piso (2), com abertura para cima ao nível do piso (2), situando-se uma delas sob o local de posicionamento da base (1) da estação de musculação, e a outra à frente da respectiva torre de peso (11 ), preferivelmente posicionada distante da estação; sendo as duas caixas (17) interligadas por, pelo menos, dois conduites (18 e 19), situados abaixo do nível do piso (2) da academia, sendo que no interior de cada caixa (17) se fixa um mancal (20) de polia (21) de desvio de cabo, cada polia (21 ) se mantem em nível e dirige o tramo horizontal do cabo de aço (8) para o centro de um dos conduites (18); sendo que uma das polias (21) desvia o cabo de aço para a polia (13) disposta no topo da torre (1), enquanto a outra polia (21) desvia o mesmo cabo (8) para a polia (6) da estação de musculação; o outro conduite (19), paralelo ao conduite (18) de acondicionamento do cabo (8), dirige os cabos elétricos que, a partir do painel (23) de comando da estação seguem até a torre (11).
