Abstract:
A split air conditioner has a cabinet with a fan and evaporator for mounting within a structure. The cabinet includes one or more movable dampers or movable filters positioned in the flow path between the air inlet and the outlet for selectively filtering contaminants from the air to provide a greater or lesser degree of filtration of the air. The movable filters include sliding and/or pivot mounting structure which may accommodate stacking multiple filters with different filtering characteristics. The system may operate in a filtering only mode with no cooling, a cooling only mode with no filtering, or a combination of cooling and selective filtering.
Abstract:
The invention relates to.a method of cleaning stable air in particular, said air (5a) being sucked into an air cleaning system (1), in which the air (5a) first passes through a mist chamber in a horizontal air flow, that is a chamber, where a liquid mist is discharged from nozzles (20), said liquid consisting of water admixed with acid/base in order to neutralize ammonia and/or the odorous molecules in the air. The air (5a) is mixed together with the mist (7) in an effective manner in the mist chamber, and the liquid is discharged via nozzles (20). The water in the mist absorbs dust and the ammonia and/or the odorous molecules in the stable air, so that it may then be conveyed to a droplet separator (8a and 8b), where the last liquid may be trapped in order to be collected. This ensures an optimum efficiency and a lower consumption of liquid and energy, since either acid or base may be supplied, as needed.
Abstract:
A humidifier including a spray unit configured to apply electric charge to water, and to spray water having electric charge applied thereto, an evaporation unit formed with a duct in which evaporation of the electrically-charged water being sprayed is taken place, and configured to guide a vapour and a foreign substance, which are separated from each other through the evaporation, to an outside, and a dust collection unit configured to collect the foreign substance at an inside the duct by forming an electric field, the humidifier capable of performing a large-capacity humidification by the generation of the electrically charged droplets, and capable of removing the foreign substance included in the droplets by using the electrical force, thereby enhancing the cleanliness of the humidification, and by using an electric field, accelerating the evaporation so that the size of the duct is minimized, and thus manufacturing the humidifier in a compact size.
Abstract:
This utility model provides an air cleaner (100, 200, 300), which comprises a housing (101, 201, 301); a first air inlet (102, 202, 302); a first air outlet (103, 203, 303); an air fan (104, 204, 304) configured to be located in an air channel formed between the first air inlet and the first air outlet; a washing chamber (105, 205, 305) configured to be at least partially located in the air channel; a distributing device for distributing liquid into the washing chamber; and a dry chamber (110, 210, 310) configured to be communicated with the first air outlet and at least partially located in the air channel. In such air cleaner, it is not necessary to utilize the filter members since the water is used for air cleaning and humidification simultaneously. Moreover, the purified and humid air can be discharged directly or dried through the dry chamber before being discharged as required, which avoids the overhigh humidity of the air and can dehumidify the indoor air.
