摘要: A process for preparing an ethylene polymer in a suspension polymerization comprising separating the formed suspension of ethylene polymer particles in a solid-liquid separator into ethylene polymer particles and mother liquor, transferring a part of the mother liquor into a work-up section comprising an evaporation unit for producing a wax-depleted portion of the mother liquor, wherein a protic agent is added to the part of the mother liquor which is transferred into the work-up section, and recycling at least a part of the wax-depleted portion of the mother liquor to the polymerization reactor or the series of polymerization reactors.

摘要: 본 발명은 에틸렌과 알파 올레핀이 포함된 원료를 이용하여 공중합 반응, 압출, 제립 공정을 통해 에틸렌 공중합체를 제조하는 공정에 관한 것으로서, 압출기로 투입되는 공중합체 수지의 온도를 미리 하강시킴으로써 압출기 후미에서 가닥 형태를 유지하고 압출 및 제립이 용이하도록 할 수 있는 압출 및 제립이 용이한 에틸렌 공중합체의 제조 공정에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 에틸렌과 알파 올레핀이 포함된 원료를 준비하는 준비단계; 상기 원료를 공중합 반응시켜 공중합체 수지 조성물을 제조하는 공중합 단계; 상기 제조된 공중합체 수지 조성물을 분리유닛을 통과시켜 불순물을 제거하고, 공중합체 수지를 제조하는 불순물 제거 단계; 상기 제조된 공중합체 수지를 압출기로 투입하여 압출하는 압출 단계; 및 상기 압출된 공중합체 수지를 제립하는 제립 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 에틸렌 공중합체의 제조 공정에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 수지를 압출기로 투입하기 전 공중합체 수지의 온도를 하강시키는 압출 전 냉각 단계;가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

摘要: Method of improving the efficiency of polyolefin production comprising: performing a reaction to yield (1) a product stream comprising a polyolefin, and (2) a purge stream, wherein the purge stream comprises unreacted monomers, inert impurities and saturated co-monomers; compressing the purge stream in a first stage compressor to create a first compressed stream; cooling the stream first compressed stream in a cooler to create a cooled stream; directing the cooled stream to a first drum, to create a waste liquid stream and a first drum stream; removing the waste liquid stream from the first drum; compressing the first drum stream in a second stage compressor to create a second compressed stream; condensing the second compressed stream to produce a condensed stream; processing the condensed stream in a second drum to produce a second drum gas stream and a second drum liquid stream; and, sending at least a portion of the second drum liquid stream to a polyolefin reactor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing alpha-olefin polymers in a multistage polymerization process which includes at least two gas phase polymerization reactors, wherein unreacted gas withdrawn from the second gas phase polymerization reactor is compressed in a compressor and said compressed gas is fed via a conveying gas line into an outlet between a first outlet vessel downstream of the first gas phase polymerization reactor and said second gas phase polymerisation reactor. Such a process can alleviate problems of malfunction, disturbances or plugging of the transfer lines and enables higher productivity and considerable saving of energy and equipment cost. Moreover, the production of alpha-olefin polymers with varying and tailored properties is possible.
