摘要： The invention relates to a hot air outdoor advertising structure comprising an envelope (1) having at least one substantially flat surface and an opening for hot air supply in its lower part. The envelope (1) is secured to the ground by means at least two fixing ropes (8) and comprise at least one joining rope (7) having ends connected from inside to the opposite side walls of the envelope (1 ), and at least four carrying ropes (6), having upper ends connected from inside to the upper wall of the envelope (1) and lower ends connected with at least one elastic coupler (5), said coupler (5) being connected by means of at least four intermediate ropes (4) with a hot air supply device (2, 15, 17). The hot air supply device is preferably a basket (3) suspended to the intermediate ropes (4) and provided with a gas burner (2) or an outlet of an air duct suspended to the intermediate ropes (4) and connected to a heating device placed on the ground. A source of light may by preferably installed in the interior of the envelope (1) and/or a projection screen sheet may be attached to the envelope (1). The invention encompasses the features of a hot air balloon and large-scale advertisement.

摘要： A device for deploying an aerostat includes a cylindrical shaped container having an open end and a closed end and a center tube axially oriented in the container. A tapered disc is mounted for axial movement on the center tube, and it has a taper of increasing diameter in an axial direction from the closed end toward the open end of the container. In its operation, the tapered disc is held in a first position while a portion of the aerostat is loaded into the container. It is then moved to a second position wherein the tapered disc holds the loaded portion of the aerostat in the container. Thereafter, the disc is moved to a release position wherein the disc directs deployment of the aerostat from the container.

The assembly includes a hollow cylindrical body having a light source (e.g., LED) disposed at one end and electrical inputs protruding from another end. The body of the power supply unit is provided at one end thereof with a shoulder flange and cylindrical spacer to facilitate sealing of the balloon against the assembly. The power supply unit receives power from a power source (e.g., battery), and supplies power to circuitry for controlling the light source. Preferably, the assembly, made of light-weight plastic materials, together with the power source, weighs less than the lift of a helium-filled balloon in which it may be installed.

The envelope (2) is mounted on a telescopic mast (6) supported by a movable base element (16) incorporating stabilising legs (12). The envelope (2) may be inflatable or rigid. For an inflatable envelope (2), the apparatus includes various sensors (30, 32) for sensing deformation and/or pressure in the envelope and a means to supply air or other gas to inflate the envelope. A rigid envelope formed from two conjoined sheets of acrylic deformed into dome shapes overcomes many of the problems of inflatable envelopes, in particular, their slow inflation rate, the tendency to deform due to air current, and the adverse effect of punctures. Although a fan is not required for inflation of the rigid envelope, fan forced air is preferred for cooling the electric light bulb.
