Said enhancements comprise at least a divider element (13) able to be mounted on said cylinder (3) and extending radially towards the interior of the cylinder itself, said divider element (13) being inserted into a slit (14) obtained in at least one of said elevators (5) to realise, on a same elevator, distinct housings (7a, 7b) of the containers (2) to be transferred from said lower edge (4a) of the conical structure (4b) to said upper edge (3a) of the cylinder (3).
Abstract:
When packaging whole fishes in fish boxes, the fishes should be placed with mutually inverted orientations for a good exploitation of the box space. It is well-known to arrange for this purely manually, while at the same time aiming for a reasonably well-defined total weight of the content of the box. With the invention, advantage is taken of the fact that for the building up of specific weight-determined groups of fishes, normally for ensuring a predetermined minimum weight, it is possible to make use of a computer-controlled merging of the fishes, and that in connection therewith it is possible to arrange for the computer to control turning means for the fishes in such a manner that in the individual groups the fishes will automatically appear with a suitable division between mutually opposite orientations.
Abstract:
Abstract:
In a device (400) and in a process for packaging articles to be packaged (1), supplied on a conveyor line (115) with a predetermined pattern, it is possible to eliminate buffers for the preparation of the layers to be packaged, while maintaining a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of formats, by comprising one or more transfer devices (200) that pick up the articles to be packaged (1) and deposit them in layers, each comprising a handling member (126) connected to a respective gripping device (127), both movable along three orthogonal axes, (X, Y, Z), each gripping device (127) having a plurality of gripping elements (128) each apt to pick up an article to be packaged (1) from said first conveyor line (115), wherein the gripping elements (128) are arranged in such a configuration as to form, on each gripping device (127), a single layer of articles to be packaged, each layer being obtained with one or more pickings from said first conveyor line (115), to be placed, in a single operation, in a respective container of said flow.
Abstract:
A transfer device (200) which is provided for removing a plurality of articles (1) from a removal zone and depositing it in a discharge zone, and comprises a gripping head (202) which is provided with a plurality of retention elements (203), each one provided to retain a respective article (1). The transfer device further comprises a movement mechanism (204) which is provided to move at least one retention element (203) on the gripping head (202) between a first configuration, in which the retention elements (203) are spaced apart from one another, and a second configuration, which is different from the first configuration and in which the retention elements (203) are brought close to one another. The movement mechanism (204) is configured to move at least one of the retention elements (203) between the first and the second configuration by means of rotation about a respective rotation axis (X).
Abstract:
The present invention provides a conveyor assembly for orienting and grouping together flat baking products for the purpose of packaging stacks or rolls of flat baking products by a packaging machine, the conveyor assembly at least comprising a first conveying device, a first transfer device, a forming plate and a second conveying device, wherein the first conveying device is configured to receive the plurality of flat baking products from a supply in a supply pattern, wherein the flat baking products, in the supply pattern, have a flat orientation with regard to the conveying plane of the first conveying device, and wherein the first conveying device is configured to form partial stacks of flat baking products from the plurality of flat baking products; the first transfer device is configured to simultaneously transfer a group of partial stacks into the forming plate; the forming plate comprises a number of parallel grooves which corresponds to the groups of partial stacks and is configured to form one or more stacks or rolls of flat baking products by moving the groups of partial stacks through the grooves; the second conveying device is configured to receive the stacks or rolls of flat baking products from the forming plate and transport the stacks or rolls of flat baking products to the packaging machine, and wherein the second conveying device is furthermore configured to adjust the intermediate distance and speed of stacks or rolls of flat baking products, wherein the intermediate distance and speed are determined by the packaging machine.
