본 발명은 일산화탄소와 적어도 1종의 올레핀계 불포화 탄화수소로 이루어진 선상 교대 폴리케톤, 탈크, 유리섬유 등을 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 수도용 볼 밸브에 사용되는 황동 및 납 소재 대비 내수성 및 기계적 물성 유지율이 뛰어난 폴리케톤 조성물을 개발하여 수도용 볼 밸브에 알맞게 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 기존에 수도 파이프 캡으로 사용되는 폴리아미드 소재 대비 내수성 및 기계적 물성 유지율이 뛰어난 폴리케톤 조성물을 개발하여 수도 파이프 캡에 알맞게 적용될 수 있다.

A sandwich wrap comprising a flexible, edible sheet that is adapted to enfold an edible filling whereby the resulting enclosing tube has both ends open and an auxiliary support situated under the lowermost open end when the wrap is held vertically for consumption, thus restraining filling from exiting. A method using an assembly frame positions the auxiliary support. Filling is stocked in a capped filling storage tube comprising at least two components that can be disassembled from inside the edible enclosing tube to give the edible enclosed filling. The food product may comprise a set of separately enclosed different fillings and each edible enclosing tube may be shaped around the filling storage tube to give a cross-sectional form of a circle sector so that the set forms a right circular cylinder. A seepage container assists assembly in advance of an order, to avoid impairment by moisture seeping out of fillings.

A wellbore pipe protection device (1) comprises a covering sleeve (2) and an actuating element (3). The actuating element is arranged to change the deformation state of a sleeve wall (21) of the covering sleeve in order to realise interchangeability between a locked condition and an unlocked condition of the protection device. In the locked condition, elastic material (4) is being pressed by the sleeve wall into screw thread (8) of a wellbore pipe end (7). The actuating element comprises a handgrip (9) which, relative to the covering sleeve, is manually slidable in axial direction (5) and, in the locked condition, manually rotatable about the axial direction into a rotation position in which axial slidability of the actuating element is blocked in a direction towards the unlocked condition.

A method of installing a flange protector on a flanged conduit comprises an installing step comprising installing a flange protector onto a flanged conduit having a bore extending at least partially therethrough. Said method further comprises inserting at least a portion of at least one elongated attachment member through at least one orifice in said flange, and attaching at least a portion of said at least one elongated attachment member to at least one receiving member. Moulded into the dome is a barrier plate (23) which in this case is a thin metal circular disc about 2mm thick. The plate (23) has an annular flange (24) and a central depression (25). The annular flange (24) is concave downwardly providing an internal metal barrier which is curved around its marginal edge forming the flange (24) and generally follows the curve of the dome.

The invention relates to a device (D) for protecting a male end (EM) of a component (T) of a tubular threaded joint for boring and using hydrocarbon wells, said male end (EM) being provided with at least one thread (FE1) on the outside and comprising a free terminal end (P1). The device according to the invention (D) comprises: i) a protective body (CP) embodied as a first sleeve and used to protect at least part of the external thread (FE1) and the free terminal part (P1); ii) a sealing element (EE) which can be brought into contact with the component (T), at least in a part arranged downstream of the outer thread (FE1) of the male end (EM), and also with the protective body (CP) in order to ensure a first tightness downstream of the end thread (FE1); and iii) fixing means (MF) used to displace the sealing element (EE) and/or the protective body (CP) radially towards the component (T), defining so-called "open" and "closed" positions of the device (D) in which the sealing element (EE) and/or the protective body (CP) are respectively not in contact with the component and in tight contact with the component (T). Furthermore, the first tightness is obtained when the device (D) is in a closed position.
