Abstract:
The invention relates to horizontally and vertically linked paving stones (10). According to the invention, projections (18) and recesses (19) are provided in the area of the bottom part (16) of the paving stones (10) used for a paved surface in order to link said paving stones horizontally and vertically. These projections and recesses engage with each other with a positive fit so as to interlock adjacent stones in a horizontal and vertical direction. The paving stones (10) are characterised in that the width of the joints (32) formed between adjacent paving stones (10) increases in a downward direction so as to form a gap which diverges downwards. This means that the material used for filling the joints can be introduced efficiently and reliably as far as the underside.
Abstract:
A modular tile for a walkway system interlocks with another tile to constrain movement of the interlocked tiles in all three-dimensions. The tile includes a male projection which may be tapered to provide lateral wings that are received in corresponding pockets of a female receiver of the other tile. The wings may include vertically-facing male stop surfaces that are engageable with vertically-facing female stop surfaces within the pockets. The male projection may further include a forwardly protruding ridge that is received in a corresponding groove of the female receiver of the other tile. The engagement of the stop surfaces of the wings and pockets, and the engagement of the ridge in the groove is such that the tiles are vertically interlocked with each other. The tiles may be configured to enable a pivotable interlocking connection while one tile remains on the ground.

Mats and methods associated therewith are described. The mats include a main body defined by a plurality of sidewalls and two exterior surface walls opposing each other. The main body includes a pattern of internal walls that define internal voids within the main body. At least one primary structural support rib is arranged within the main body and extends between the two surface walls and from one of the plurality of side walls to another of the plurality of side walls. The at least one primary structural support rib traverses the internal voids defined by the pattern of internal walls.

The mosaic sheet further comprising a coating layer (30) with a porous outer periphery (34) is provided at a rear side (26) of the backing web (20) to at least partly lay over the rear side (26) of the backing web (20) and porosity of the outer periphery (34) is arranged so that total contact surface area of the backing web (20) is increased.

본 발명은 경량 투수 기층 블록 및 이를 포함하는 바닥포장 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 투수(透水) 기층 블록(porous base-layer block)은, 복수 개의 공극을 포함하는 망목 구조를 가지는 합성수지 구조체; 및 상기 합성수지 구조체의 상기 복수 개의 공극 내에 수용되며, 바텀애쉬, 순환골재, 시멘트, 플라이애쉬 및 물을 혼합한 후 교반하여 형성된 다공성 콘크리트 조성물을 포함한다. 상기 투수 기층 블록은, 경량의 다공성 콘크리트 조성물을 기층 블록 내부에 포함하고 있어 빗물 침투성 및 일시적인 저류 용량이 종래에 비해 향상된다. 이를 이용하면 바닥포장 구조물의 하부 공간에 빗물을 저장하고 지하수를 보존하는 것이 가능하므로, 도시 개발 공간 내에서 불투수 면적의 증가로 인하여 발생하는 도시 열섬 현상과 같은 문제나, 그 결과 발생하는 도시 물관리 환경 악화나 수질 악화 등의 문제를 해소할 수 있다.

A system for forming a tiled floor on an outdoor subsurface comprises a tile support (4) and a corner element (5), which receives a tile (6). The corner element (5) comprises a corner plate (7) with an upper side (8) and a lower side (10). The upper side (8) is connectable to the lower corner of the tile (6). The tile support (4) comprises an upper receiving face (12) and a lower face (14) which is positioned on an outdoor surface. The corner element 5 comprises fixing pins (16), (18), (20), which extend vertically. The tile support (4) comprises pin receiving holes (26), (28), (30). In the assembled state of the system, as indicated with dotted lines, the corner element (5) rests on the tile support (4) and the fixing pins ((16), 18), (20) extend fittingly in the pin receiving holes (26), (28), (30).

A paving element includes upper and lower surfaces and one or more drainage channels extending through the paving element between the upper and lower surfaces. The drainage channels include a substantially concave or cupule shaped upper portion, provided on the upper surface of the paving element, and a channel from the concave portion through to the lower surface of the bottom surface of the paving element. The drainage channels can be complete, when provided in the interior of the paving element, or partial, when provided along the sides or perimeter of the paving element. The partial channels are completed when the paving element is placed adjacent another paving element when forming a pavement. The drainage channels are adapted to facilitate the cleaning process of the channels.

Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Bodenbelags-System für Spielplätze, Sportflächen und dergleichen, aufweisend einen Oberbau und einen Unterbau, wobei der Oberbau eine Bodenbelagsplatte (1) umfasst, bei der zumindest eine Granulatdecke (3) aus einen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Gemisch aus zerkleinertem Kautschuk und einem elastisch aushärtenden Kunststoff-Bindemittel ausgebildet ist, und dass der Unterbau ein Bodenbelagsgitter (2) umfasst, welches zumindest im wesentlichen aus einem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Gemisch aus zerkleinertem Kautschuk und einem elastisch aushärtenden Kunststoff-Bindemittel, ausgebildet ist. Die Anmeldung betrifft des Weiteren Bodenbelag für Spielplätze, Sportflächen und dergleichen sowie ein Verfahren zur Bildung dessen.
