Abstract: A ground cover mat includes a slab that encases a core assembly. The slab is made of a rubber material and defines a lower major surface and an upper major surface of the ground cover mat. The core assembly comprises horizontally extending boards, which may be made of wood, disposed in horizontally spaced apart, side-by-side relation with each other. The core assembly further comprises a rebar mesh, which may be made of steel, that is disposed on top of and in contact with the boards.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a rubber block having relocatable upper blocks, wherein the layout of upper blocks provided on top of a lower plate can be changed freely to facilitate changing of the upper profile. The rubber block of the present invention comprises a lower plate that is made of a synthetic resin material and has a plurality of insertion axes on the top; and a plurality of upper blocks fixed on top of the lower plate, each of which having an elastic force and including an insertion groove at the bottom to receive the insertion axis, respectively. The insertion axes are arranged on the top surface of the lower plate in rows and columns alternately with each other in equal intervals along the diagonal direction, and the insertion grooves are also arranged on the bottom of the upper blocks in rows and columns in equal intervals, provided that the interval between the insertion grooves in the longitudinal and lateral directions is half the interval between the insertion axes in the longitudinal and lateral directions. Further, drain holes are formed in the middle section between the insertion axes disposed longitudinally, and in the middle section between the insertion axes disposed laterally. The insertion axis is in a tubular form, in which the upper portion of the tube is provided with a circumferential wedge-shaped projection having an inclined plane expanding in a lower outward direction, and at least one vertical long hole that opens towards the top. The insertion groove is in a globular form, in which the upper portion of the globular groove is provided with a circumferential insertion groove to receive the lower end of the circumferential wedge-shaped projection for preventing the free escape of the projection. Also, there is a gap between the upper blocks to introduce sand or soil therein. Further, a lower projection having an assembly long groove on the top is respectively formed on the front end and one side end of the lower plate. An upper projection having an insertion protruded piece at the bottom to be inserted into the assembly long groove of the lower projection is also respectively formed on the rear end and the other side end of the lower plate such that the upper projection may overlap with the lower projection and be assembled during the assembly between neighboring lower plates.
