Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing bristle products. Individual bristles or groups of bristles consisting of synthetic material are fixed to a carrier in a predetermined arrangement, forming the desired bristle area. At least one part of the bristles in the predetermined arrangement or in the fixed bristle area is structured by means of laser beams in a contactless and preferably regular manner. Furthermore, the bristles are shortened in a contactless manner at the free ends thereof by means of laser beams. In this way, structures are produced in a reproducible form on the outer and upper side of the bristle area, said structures assisting the cleaning action.

The present invention relates to an enhanced cleaning toothbrush bristle pattern, wherein two rows of taller bristle tufts transversely divide the toothbrush head into three sections, the bristle tufts within each section having a trim pattern which in profile is convex in relation to the toothbrush face; wherein the two rows of taller bristle tufts penetrate between teeth, while the curved trim profile of each section provides for good conformity to the curved tooth surfaces and for an improved sweeping action.

In a toothbrush (1) having a brush member (3) which carries a bristle holder (7) with a bristle field (10) and an interdental bristle holder (11) with an interdental bristle field (14), the bristle field (10) comprises a first field portion (15) and a second field portion (16), the first field portion (15) being disposed nearer the interdental bristle field (14) than the second field portion (16) and the bristles (17) of the first portion (15) being shorter than the interdental bristles (13) and the bristles (18) of the second field portion (16) being longer than the bristles (17) of the first field portion (15) and thus at the same time form interdental bristles.

A toothbrush (1) having at least one brushing head disposed at one of its ends; the toothbrush (1) comprises a handle (3), the handle (3) comprises a longitudinal grip portion (5) and at least one bifurcated end portion (7, 9). The bifurcated end portion (7, 9) has two cleansing means carrying members (11, 13) extending in parallel directions, the carrying members (11, 13) being spaced at sufficient distance from one another so as to allow mounting cleansing means thereon. The cleansing means comprise at least one of the following: (i) a pair of brushing heads (15, 17) comprising bristle bundles (19, 21) arranged at the extremities of the carrying members (11, 13); (ii) a dental floss (27), a length of which is tautly stretched across the carrying members.

A toothbrush having a handle and, attached at one end thereof, a head (1) having longitudinal and transverse axes, the head (1) comprising a curved portion with a plurality of bristle tufts (5) extending therefrom, the curved portion having at least one curved axis with a radius of curvature of less than 300 mm, characterized in that bristle tufts (5) lying along the curved axis are substantially parallel to each other. The invention provides for easier moulding and tufting of the brush.

A new and improved toothbrush has a pair or discreet twin brushing heads (66, 67). The heads are arranged side-by-side with independent head flexure. The heads are attached to the handle (61) through use of two discrete neck segments (64R, 64L) that have purposeful flexure. Each head is connected to one neck segment, thereby permitting independent head flexure. The heads may be angled relative to each other so as to provide two discrete stabilizing contact areas, these contact areas being the respective "high" areas (66a, 67a) of the two brushing heads that initially meet the teeth and gum surfaces.
Abstract:
The device has an elastic cleaning head with an aperture. On the inside facing the aperture there is a brushless cleaning layer (12), e.g. of looped fabric. For cleaning purposes the head is first fitted over an incisor (15) and moved to and fro, fully covering the teeth (15, 16) on three sides. The device is simple and economical to make and fully cleans the teeth without damaging the tooth surface.

A process for producing a toothbrush produced thereby have the cavities (11, 12) arranged on the back side of the tooth brush head. The longitudinal axes (14a, 15a) for angling the head portions (13, 14, 15) relative to each other are arranged on or at the bristlecarrying side of the head portion directly opposite the associated cavity (11, 12). A blank for carrying out the process and a toothbrush produced thereby have the cavities (11, 12) arranged on the back side of the toothbrush head. The longitudinal axes (14a, 15a) for angling the head portions (13, 14, 15) relative to each other are arranged on or at the bristle-carrying side of the head portion directly opposite the associated cavity (11, 12).

The present invention relates to a disposable closed-liquid suction toothbrush helping increase the maximum of convenience for user because: whose hands are free due to no gripping or holding while brushing teeth; no need to open mouth while brushing; brush the whole surface of all teeth simultaneously; actively regulate the injection and extraction of the liquid in the oral cavity; and shorten the time of brushing teeth, comprises an arch body (10); brush bristle layers (30) covering the interior surfaces of the arch body; and a liquid storage system (20) located inside the intestine of the arch body. The characteristics of the above components and the methods of integrating these components into a system, which take advantage of the limited amount of clean liquid available in the device in the inconvenient conditions for cleaning teeth outside the bathroom or public restrooms and/ or situations or spaces which are not easy to discharge the waste liquid during the process of brushing teeth.

본 발명은 칫솔에 관한 것으로서, 손잡이; 상기 손잡이에 연결되며, 제1 면과, 상기 제1 면의 전단부에 배치되는 원부 둘레와, 상기 제1 면의 후단부에 배치되는 근부 둘레와, 종축과 횡축을 포함하는 헤드; 상기 제1 면의 전단부에 배치되며, 상기 제1 면의 원부 둘레를 따라 배치되는 복수 개의 제1 세척요소; 상기 제1 면의 후단부에 배치되는 복수 개의 제2 세척요소; 상기 제1 면에 배치되는 공간으로서, 상기 제1 세척요소와 상기 제2 세척요소 사이에 배치되는 치아 수용부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 치아의 치근 표면과 잇몸 사이의 공간인 치주낭 등의 세척시에, 칫솔모와 치아의 간섭으로 인한 칫솔모의 눌림 현상이 제거됨으로써, 상기 제1 세척요소가 치주낭 등에 쉽게 파고들 수 있는 효과가 있다.
