Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
A system and method for marking and identification of objects manufactured from a material (1, 101 ), the system comprising an identification mark or marks (2, 102) and an apparatus for applying the identification mark or marks (2, 102) to objects (1, 101 ), and further including a register (254) which contains details of the objects (1, 101 ) and the identification mark or marks (2, 102) which have been applied, along with a reader (255) configured to read the identification mark or marks (2, 102) on the objects (1, 101 ), the reader (255) further configured to communicate with the register (254) and provide details associated with the identification mark or marks (2, 102).
Abstract:
A wiring harness is provided which enables an inexpensive application of an identification which issues a warning about a high-voltage. A wiring harness 9 includes one or a plurality of conductor lines and a conduit member 25 accommodating therein the conductor line or lines. A resin identifying portion 26 is provided on an outer surface of the conduit member 25 and the resin identifying portion 26 is colored in a predetermined color to identify itself as a caution. The resin identifying portion 26 is formed by extruding a resin or by winding a resin sheet material or tape material around the conduit member 25. With the extrusion molding adopted, the identification can be applied inexpensively to the outer surface of the conduit member 25. Since the resin identifying portion 26 is made from resin, compared with painting, it is possible to deal easily with the required environmental resistance quality.
Abstract:
In a wiring harness 9, a conduit member 25 is contained in a sheathing member 16 which makes up the wiring harness 9, and identifying portions 26 and non-identifying portions 27 are provided on an outer surface of the conduit member 25. The non-identifying portions 27 are provided as portions where the identifying portions 26 are not provided circumferentially, and the outside diameter of the sheathing member 16 at the portions where the non-identifying portions 27 are provided becomes smaller than at portions where the identifying portions 26 are provided. When clamps 30 are attached to the non-identifying portions 27 where the outside diameter of the sheathing member 16 is reduced, the wiring harness 9 is made smaller in size, and the wiring harness 9 can be laid out so as to ensure a wide road clearance relative to the ground.
