A vehicle status awareness system includes one or more devices which are plugged into a cigarette lighter socket for a vehicle to receive power and are thereby fixed in position relative to the vehicle. The devices include movement sensors which indicate changes in movement of the vehicle, a position sensor (88) which indicates a position of the vehicle, a communications device (90) to send and receive data to and from a remote device, and a control unit (62). The control unit is programmed to receive and store program parameters, determine a location of the vehicle, determine a movement status of the vehicle based on a plurality of status criteria further comprising accident threshold settings, and transmit one or more of the program parameters, vehicle location, and movement status to the remote device.

Data recording systems (100) and methods (400) for synchronizing data of a plurality of different data types on a single packet (300). The methods involve: receiving the data and an audio frame containing voice data and timing data communicated over a plurality of channels; generating, in response to the reception of the audio frame, a combined packet on which the audio frame and at least a portion of the data are time synchronized to each other; and substantially simultaneously storing the combined packet in a primary data store and a secondary data store of a data recorder for subsequent use in reconstructing events leading up to a crash of a land vehicle, aircraft or vessel. The portion of data may include data link data, flight data and/or image/video data. The channels may include a cockpit channel and a plurality of pilot channels.

본 발명은 메모리 오류 해결이 가능한 차량용 멀티미디어 기록 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외장형 메모리에 기록된 데이터를 보다 안정적으로 보관 및 기록을 하기 위하여 자동 또는 사용자 임의 대로 외장형 메모리를 차량용 멀티미디어 기록 장치에서 분리하지 않고, 그리고 컴퓨터단말기와 연결없이 초기화할 수 있는 메모리 오류 해결이 가능한 차량용 멀티미디어 기록 장치에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 건설중장비의 측면에 설치되어 상기 건설중장비 주변의 영상데이터를 수집하는 다수의 카메라, 상기 건설중장비 주변의 영상데이터를 생성하는 영상처리부 및 상기 영상데이터를 저장하는 메모리를 구비하며, 상기 영상데이터는 가운데에 건설중장비 이미지가 위치되고, 상기 다수의 카메라로부터 취득된 영상데이터가 상기 건설중장비 이미지의 주변을 조감하는 형태로 나타나도록 단일의 영상으로 합성된 합성 동영상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A camera system comprising a circuit board having a first end with a first camera electrically connected thereto and a second end with a second camera electrically connected thereto; and a frame having a first frame member, a second frame member, and a mount for attaching the system to the vehicle; wherein the circuit board is disposed between the first and second frame members; and wherein the first frame member is coupled to the second frame member at a first connection location proximate the first end and at a second connection location proximate the second end to reduce the deflection of the first and second ends of the circuit board relative to the mount to maintain the alignment of the first and second cameras.

Disclosed are a navigation system, a server connected thereto, and a method for controlling vehicle navigation. The vehicle navigation of the present invention comprises: a display unit; an input unit for taking, as an input, information corresponding to a reference location; a storage unit which stores image data in which first location information is mapped, and map data; a communication unit which receives image data from a vehicle black box installed in a vehicle; and a control unit which acquires second location information from the map data using the input information, searches the storage unit for image data in which first location information within a predetermined distance is mapped on the basis of the second location information, and outputs the result of the search via the display unit. According to the present invention, image data, in which first location information within a predetermined distance is mapped on the basis of the second location information acquired using the input information, are searched, thereby enabling searching for relevant image data or a relevant image frame even when an accurate location is not inputted by a user.

본 발명은 차량용 블랙박스 기술에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은, 입력 데이터 스트림을 블록 데이터화 하여 서명키에 의한 서명 및 중첩적 해싱을 수행함으로써 블랙박스에 저장되는 차량 데이터의 무결성을 실시간으로 보장하는 이점을 제공한다. 또한, 차량용 블랙박스마다 신뢰성 있는 유일한 서명키를 소유하게 함으로써 부인방지 기능을 지원하는 이점을 제공한다. 나아가, 무결성 검증 데이터를 생성하는 고유의 알고리즘을 통해 차량 데이터의 오류가 발생한 경우에도 오류복구 기능을 지원하는 이점을 제공한다.
