    Abstract: A method and imaging system for creating a motion compensated 3D volumetric derived image from a 4D volumetric medical image is described. The method comprising the steps of: acquiring a 4D volumetric medical image comprising a plurality of 3D volumetric medical images forming a time-series of 3D volumetric medical images representing phases of a physiological motion cycle; determining dominant motion of each 3D volumetric medical image with respect to a reference location that represents a position relative to the motion cycle; resampling each of the 3D volumetric medical images to the reference location to compensate for the determined dominant motion; estimating secondary motion in at least one of each motion compensated 3D volumetric medical images or of each of the original 3D volumetric medical images; and constructing a 3D volumetric derived image by combining data from the motion compensated 3D volumetric images based on the estimated secondary motion.

Some implementations distinguish static content and moving content of the video frames to playback only moving objects or facilitate concurrent playback of multiple spatially related 3D videos. The 3D video may include images, audio, or 3D video of a video-capture-device user.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-storage media, for machine learning image reconstruction. In some implementations, first input data representing the image of the one or more internal structures generated using a first imaging device is provided as input to a first machine learning model having one or more fully-connected layers. First output data generated by the first machine learning model is obtained and the first output data together with second input data representing a second image of the one or more internal structures generated using a second imaging device is provided to a second machine learning model having one or more convolutional layers. Second output data generated by the second machine learning model is obtained and used to generate rendering data that, when processed by a computing device, causes the computing device to output a reconstructed image.
