Abstract: A hybrid module is provided that includes a water jacket and an oil reservoir. The water jacket can be configured to both directly provide a heat exchanger feature for a stator as well as the oil reservoir. Oil within the oil reservoir can be configured to be sprayed towards the stator at the same time that the water jacket is cooling the stator. This configuration provides an improved cooling effect for the stator.

Abstract: A leader wire for a textile assembly including a seam is disclosed. The leader wire includes a body defining a leading portion including a tip and a trailing portion adapted to attach to a filament. The tip has a rounded leading edge with a width (w). The leader wire interdigitates a first sheet end defining a first plurality of loops with a second sheet end defining a second plurality of loops. In one embodiment, when the leading portion is positioned within an engaged loop of each of the first and second plurality of loops, the leading portion urges adjacent opposing loops downstream from the engaged loops towards each other and towards a seam plane.

Abstract: A drag conveyor assembly is disclosed that allows for improved functionality and connectivity to form an endless loop. The assembly includes a traction element and a plurality of slugs fixedly attached to the traction element. When any one of the slugs is split, each split slug section of the slug remains fixedly attached to the traction element. In one embodiment, each slug of the plurality of slugs includes a cutting groove. A ferrule pair is provided to attach each slug to the traction element. The cutting grooves facilitate a cutting or slicing process to split the slug into split slug sections.

Abstract: A compact planetary differential is provided that includes a drive input ring gear having external teeth and a planet gear carrier having first and second axial sides connected rotationally fixed to the drive input ring gear. First planet gears are located on the first axial side of the planet gear carrier, and second planet gears are located on the second axial side, with the first and second planet gears being arranged in intermeshing pairs, and the planet gear carrier including interface openings through which the respective intermeshing pairs of planet gears contact one another. A single one of the first or second planet gears is rotatably supported on each respective one of the pinion shafts. The pinion shafts clamp the pin plates against the planet gear carrier. A first sun gear is located on the first axial side of the planet gear carrier, and engages with the first planet gears. A second sun gear is located on the second axial side of the planet gear carrier, and engages with the second planet gears.
