    Abstract: A method and system for providing quality of service ensurence in wireless communication system. The method primarily comprises: first, defining information of lossless relocation indicator in wireless communication system, such as WiMax; then transmitting informatioin that includes the lossless relocation indicator information between entities in WiMax system; and providing quality of service ensurence for the corresponding service stream based on transmitted lossless relocation indicator information.     Abstract: A method for providing distinguishing service in communication network mainly includes the following steps: when the data path used in the session (service stream) is required to release, a releasing data path message including session identifier information is transmitted, then the corresponding session data path is released by respective network entities based on the session identifier information in the releasing data path message. The releasing can be initiated not only by BS, but also by ASN GW. Thus, the invention enables the WiMax signaling process to support different QoS service for different session in the same MSS. Meanwhile, the invention adds the initiating process of session establishing from ASN-GW within WiMax to BS, and the application condition of establishing data path among WiMax ASN GW. In conclusion, in the invention, all of the data path establishing request/response message may carry QoS information to incorporate the existing QoS negotiation local process.
