Abstract: A non-slip material exhibiting a high non-slip effect and applicable even to a faulty part where a through hole is made. A part 7 swelling from the upper surface 5a of a steel plate 5 in the direction of plate thickness is provided with a recess 8, and a drain path 9 leading from the recess 8 to the upper surface 5a of the steel plate.
