Abstract: Method for signal generation in broadband wireless communications, comprises: A. modulating, segmenting and serial-parallel converting the signal data to be transmitted, then computing DFT of the serial-parallel converted data so as to transfer them to frequency domain; B. performing unit block modulating processing and block repeat modulating processing on the frequency domain data, then mapping the unit blocks to assigned time-frequency positions; C. computing IFFT of the mapped unit blocks, then adding them to the cycle prefix, thus the radon sequences in time domain are generated. Abstract: A data transmission method is provided which includes the following steps. The system maps the modulated symbols including the data to be transmitted and the reference signals, which are allocated to antenna ports of the appointed type, to resource elements, maps the modulated symbols which are mapped to the resource elements to antenna ports, generates the OFDM signal from the signal mapped to antenna ports, and then transmits the OFDM signal by physical antennas. The invention also discloses a data transmission apparatus. The data transmission method and the apparatus could add respective beam-forming weights to the user's modulated symbols simultaneously and realize user's beam-forming operation by founding the mapping rules between physical antenna elements and antenna ports. Thus the system could support the beam-forming transmission in the frequency domain flexibly, and the flexibility of data transmission will be greatly enhanced.

Abstract: A method for transmitting broadcast service data over a single frequency network is disclosed, the single frequency network including a radio network controller and at least two base stations, the cell area of each base station including at least two sectors, the method comprising: the radio network controller transmitting the broadcast service data and the first transmitting time to the base station; said base station transmitting the broadcast services data to each sector of its own after reaching said first transmitting time, and the transmitting time at which the broadcast service data is transmitted to the adjacent sectors with a co-site address being different. With the present solution, in prior arts, the phenomena of the received single falling quickly that occurs in the adjacent sectors edge zone of the same cell area in a single frequency network in prior arts is eliminated, therefore the signal receiving performance is improved.

Abstract: A frequency offset correction method for wideband time division duplex cell communication system includes: receiving time domain sequences of the two pilot symbols having the scheduled interval in the time slot of transmitting broadcast channel; performing conjugate correlated operation between the two received pilot time domain sequences and the locally stored pilot time domain sequences corresponding to the pilot symbol; and performing the frequency offset correction according to the operation result. The present invention increases the precision of frequency offset estimate in the user terminal, reduces the realization complexity at the same time, and provides an effective solution for realizing downlink synchronization and frequency offset correction by wideband time division duplex cell communication system.

Abstract: Three methods are used for the multicarrier HSDPA packet data transmission channel coding. The first channel coding process scheme includes: firstly divide the data into N groups (S210); perform the CRC attachment, the code block segmentation, the channel coding and the rate matching to each group of data separately (S220); after N groups of data after the rate matching are consolidated to perform scrambling and interleaving, the data is divided into N groups once again and N groups of data are transmitted after the constellation re-arrangement for QAM and the mapping into the physical channel corresponding to the carrier (S230, S240). The second channel coding process scheme includes: divide the data to be transmitted in the HS-DSCH channel this time into some groups (S510); and transmit each channel of data through the carrier physical channel after coding it as the single carrier HSDPA data (S520). The third channel coding process scheme includes: N carrier channels are transmitted to the physical layer to process as a whole from the CRC attachment processing to the constellation re-arrangement for QAM (S710); divide the data into groups after the constellation re-arrangement for QAM, and map them to corresponding carrier channels to transmit (S720).
