Abstract: A rotary compressor (1) with low pressure in its shell (20) comprises a compressing assembly (21) and an electric motor assembly (22) which are provided in the shell (20); the compressing assembly (21) comprises a cylinder (23), a piston (61) which is provided in the cylinder (23), a sliding vane (62) which is provided in a sliding vane chamber (63) of the cylinder (23), an eccentric crankshaft (26) which drives the piston (61), and an upper bearing (24) and a lower bearing (25) which support the eccentric crankshaft (26); the electric motor assembly (22) comprises a motor rotor (27) and a motor stator (28); the shell (20) is provided with acold media shunt device, which is provided on the top or side of the shell (20), and the cold media shunt device comprises a shunt pipe (9), which is provided with a spring pipe (40) used to adjust the shunting ratio. A suction muffler (35) is provided between the electric motor assembly (22) and the compressing assembly (21), and an annular clearance is provided between the suction muffler (35) and a main bearing (36).

Abstract: A controlling method of a rotary compressor. Two or more cylinders (12,13) with different volumes are disposed in the compressor (1). In each cylinder (12,13) are respectively provided a piston (14.1,14.2), an eccentric crankshaft (17) for driving the piston (14.1,14.2) to rotate, and bearings (18.1,18.2) for supporting the eccentric crankshaft (17). A spring-loaded sliding vane (16.2) is disposed within a sliding vane slot (15.2) of at least one cylinder (13). The cylinders (12,13) carry out capacity switching in the way of compression and non-compression, wherein the cylinder compressing operation is referred as Mode One and the cylinder non-compressing operation is referred as Mode Two. A valve device (8) is provided outside of the compressor (1), which switches the sliding vane chamber pressure of the cylinders (12,13) between a high pressure and a low pressure via a high pressure and a low pressure which are brought by the compressor (1) during its operation. During its whole operation, the compressor (1) adopts one or more of seven operation ways to operate, singly or in combination, thereby controlling the capacity and freezing ability of the compressor.

Abstract: A discharge valve device of a rotary compressor includes two or more cylinders (11, 12) disposed in a casing (2), pistons (16, 17) and sliding vanes (18, 19) provided in the cylinders (11, 12), and a main bearing (21) and an auxiliary bearing (22) for supporting an eccentric crankshaft (20). Two or more eccentric portions (23, 24) are provided on the eccentric crankshaft (20). A middle partition (13) is disposed between the upper cylinder (11) and the lower cylinder (12), which consists of one or more plates and is provided with a discharge chamber (31) for placing multiple discharge valves (32, 33) and an upper discharge hole (44.1) and/or a lower discharge hole (44.2). The discharge valves (32, 33) comprise an upper discharge valve plate, a lower discharge valve plate and a middle stopper plate (46). Free ends of the upper and lower discharge valve plates are respectively pressing on the upper and lower discharge holes (44.1, 44.2). The stopper plate (46) has a U shape or V shape or X shape, wherein its sides are pressing on the discharge valve plates, its two ends are fixed in the discharge chamber (31) of the middle partition (13) with two fixed ends of the upper and lower discharge valve plates, respectively, and its middle portion is disposed near or between the upper and lower discharge holes.
