Abstract: A c/c composite crucible and a producing method thereof are provided. The crucible is produced by preforming, densifying, purifying and machining carbon fiber, which is polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber. During the preforming of the producing method, it is easy to acquire a quasi-three-dimensional preform on the needle punching with a web formed by the flurry needle carbon fiber. The internal carbon fiber of the preform is crisscrossed, and the cohesion is strong, no delamination occurs and the structure is stable, and the pore space is so little that it is convenient for quickening the subsequent densifying process. After the densifying, the purity of the crucible is very high, and the c/c composite crucible whose ash content is less than 180 ppm can be acquired only by the purifying at a high temperature under vacuum or protecting atmosphere.
