The present invention relates to a device for straightening of surface sheets of a vehicle, which device comprises supoorting beams (1, 2) mounted at a distance from each other on surface sheets of a vehicle, a transverse support (3) placed between the supporting beams, which transverse support is placed at a distance from the surface of a vehicle (4) during a straightening operation, a straightening fastener (5) attached to the support, which can be attached to the surface sheet of a vehicle, as well as a transferring device (6) for moving the straightening fastener with respect to the vehicle for straightening a surface sheet. In the device in accordance with the invention the transferring device (6) has been placed in the supporting rests (1, 2).

The present invention relates to a straightening bench of the car body, which comprises a straightening table (1) of a car, to which the car is attached, a straightening tower (2, 3) attached to the straightening table, a pulling element (4) for a straightening pull, which pulling element is possible to be attached to the straightening tower as well as attached to the car body for straightening pull of a car, and a transfer device (5) attached to the straightening tower for moving the pulling element. The straightening bench in accordance with the invention comprises an outer tower (6) to be connected to a straightening table, an inner tower (7) to be detachably attached to it and to be moved in regard to it, to which inner tower the straightening tower has been attached and a slide (8) connected to a transfer device and placed to the inner tower and which is to be moved in regard to it by means of a transfer device, to which slide a pulling element (4) has been attached and which slide has been arranged to move the pulling element and which slide is possible to be attached to the inner tower in order to move it and the straightening tower in regard to the outer tower.

The invention relates to a fastener (12) for a car-body straightening device (10), by means of which fastener (12) a vehicle is fastened to a straightening table (11) of the car-body straightening device (10) for the time of straightening work. The fastener (12) comprises an arm part (21), which provides additional support when during the car-body straightening work a force is applied to the area to be straightened, and a fastening device (24) for fastening the fastener (12) to the car to be straightened. The arm part (21) is movable in the fastener (12), and the fastener (12) can be placed moveably on a beam (13) of the car-body straightening table (11), and locked on said beam in a desired position. The fastener (12) comprises an upper frame part (16) and a lower frame part (17) of a fastener frame (15) and, between them, guides (18) to which an intermediate part (19) is connected floatingly. The movable arm part (21) is located between the intermediate part (19) and an upper surface (16a) of the upper frame part (16), and the beam (13) of the straightening table (11) is located between the intermediate part (19) and the lower frame part (17). The fastener (12) can be fastened to the beam (13) of the straightening table (11) using a wedge part (20) and, at the same time, the arm part (21) can be locked in a desired position in the fastener (12). The fastening and the locking are carried out by means of the wedge part (20) such that in the locking the intermediate part (19) is pressed against the arm part (21) and against the beam (13).

The invention concerns a device for alignment (10) of a vehicle and a method in the alignment work. By means of the alignment device, alignment power is applied to the object of alignment in the vehicle while the vehicle is attached to the alignment device (10). The alignment device comprises a base frame (11) and an alignment boom (15) attached or attachable to it, through or by means of which boom the power is applied to the object of alignment in the vehicle. The equipment comprises a first set of skirt fastenings (29a1, 29a2), which are connected to the base frame (11) of the alignment device and which can be positioned perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (X-axis) of the base frame (11). The equipment comprises a second set of skirt fastenings (235) on pivotal beams (18a1, 18a2) mounted on the base frame (11). The vehicle can be attached to the alignment device (10) from two points at each side.

The invention relates to a device for adjusting the inclination of the straightening bench of the car body straightening and measuring system which consists of a support (1) having the construction allowing moving heightwise, a straightening bench (2) attached to the support which the vehicle (3) is arranged to be mounted on and a cylinder (4) in order to transfer the support and the straightening bench vertically. In order for adjusting the inclination of the straightening bench belongs to the device a cylinder (6) attached in one end (5) to the straightening bench.

The invention concerns an equipment and a method in vehicle alignment work. Between the alignment table (11) and the base frame (10), there are vertical guides (14a1, 14a2, 14a3, 14a4), which are connected with the alignment table (11), on one hand, and with the base frame (10), on the other hand, and whose function is to guide the movements of raising and lowering of the alignment table (11), and whose function is further to support the alignment table (11) and to keep it at the desired working level. The guides (14a1, 14a2...) are fitted to be provided with articulated joints at their top end, and the articulation axis (g) is parallel to the central axis (X-axis) of the alignment table.

The invention relates to a method and a device for measuring a damaged vehicle, in which inclination of the vehicle is measured with the measuring device and the measured inclination of the vehicle is used as a datum plane, distances of measuring points (9a, 9b) of the damaged vehicle (8) are measured with a measuring sensor of the measuring device and the measured data are compared to registered reference values of the measuring points, and inclination of the measuring device is measured with an inclination sensor of the measuring device. According to the invention, the measuring device simultaneously measures the distance between the measuring points and the inclination of the damaged vehicle and height difference of the measuring points is calculated from the values of distance between the measuring points and inclination.

The object of the invention is an apparatus in the straightening bench of the car body, which straightening bench comprises a straightening table and a set of frame beams (1), attaching elements (2, 3) for attaching the car (4) to the set of frame beams, at least a part of which attaching elements have been attached movably to the set of frame beams for attaching cars of various sizes to the straightening table. The apparatus in accordance with the invention comprises a transfer beam (5) to be attached movably to the frame beam (1) of the straightening table, to which transfer beam a part of the attaching elements (2, 3) are attached, locking elements (6) for attaching the transfer beam removably to the frame beam and a transfer device (7) for transferring the transfer beam in regard to the frame beam.

The present invention relates to a positioning device for a tool, the said positioning device comprising a mounting member (2) and a base frame (3) both detachably attached and lockable to a support (1) located close to the work object, the base frame incorporating a turning member (5) rotatably attached to the mounting member (2), and an arm (6) on which the tool (4) can also rotatably be installed. In the positioning device according to the invention, the arm (6) is attached into the turning member (5) so that the said arm can be moved lengthwise, and the positioning device incorporates locking members (8) for mounting the arm (6) into the turning member (5).
