Eine Vorrichtung zur optischen Signalübertragung weist ein Laserelement, ein in dessen Emissionsrichtung angeordnetes Halbleiterelement mit einem zwischen einem ersten und einem zweiten Energieniveau liegenden dritten Energieniveau, und Mittel zum Anlegen eines elektrischen Feldes auf. Bei anliegendem elektrischen Feld ist durch Absorption des von dem Laserelement emittierten Lichtes Licht in einer zweiten Emissionsrichtung emittierbar.

The embodiments of the present invention provide a wireless device, including a main circuit, a power supply, a RF energy harvest component and an electronic power switch, wherein: the RF energy harvest component harvests electronic power from external RF signals so as to trigger the electronic power switch to connect or disconnect the line between the main circuit and the power supply by using the harvested electronic power. The embodiments of the present invention also provide other wireless devices and corresponding wireless systems and switch control methods. By adopting the embodiments of the present invention, the switch control for the wireless device can be performed with low costs and little power consumption.

The invention concerns a high-resolution image display device which emits multicoloured light and has a monolithic integrated arrangement (1). The monolithic integrated arrangement (1) comprises a transparent or at least translucent carrier (2) on one side of which is disposed a semiconductor light-emitting diode or laser diode arrangement (3) which preferably emits in the UV wavelength range. Mounted on the carrier (2) are a plurality of luminescence-conversion elements (5, 6, 7) which are disposed so as to be optically separate from one another, are associated with the semiconductor light-emitting diode or laser diode arrangement (3) and comprise luminescent materials of a predetermined colour. The luminescence-conversion elements (5, 6, 7) receive the light (8) emitted by the semiconductor light-emitting diode or laser diode arrangement (3) in the UV wavelength range, convert it into visible light (9) and emit it.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for configuring a wireless device, where, the wireless device is embedded with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag or connected with an RFID tag, the method includes: obtaining, by the RFID tag, configuration data from a Radio Frequency (RF) signal; and, configuring, by the RFID tag, according to the obtained configuration data. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a corresponding wireless system and a wireless device. By adopting the embodiments of the present invention, the wireless device can be effectively configured with low costs.
