Abstract:
Half-level light signaling device is formed by a casing, including a lower part, which houses electrical and/or electronic circuits and at least one light source, and a cap protruding from the ground and removably fastened to the lower part. The cap has at least one aperture, to which a prism is connected, as as to send outwards a light beam produced by the light source. The signaling device includes at least one antenna, embedded in the isolating material making up the cap, and having the terminals accessible from the lower part of the casing.
Abstract:
A plurality of electric discharge lamps, or fluorescent lamps, connected in series, are fed at the startup with a variable voltage having a frequency that is varied, during a preset time period, between preset extreme values, respectively a minimum value, and a maximum value, so as to cause the startup of the lamps with a convenient voltage value. Subsequently the lamps are fed with constant current having nominal frequency.
Abstract:
An apparatus for activating a plasma focus unit, comprising a first electric mesh (E 1 ), in turn comprising: the plasma focus unit (PF); a bank of capacitors (C) derived from a first tension node (A) and a second tension node (B); a switch (SW 1 ), and a diode (D1) for conducting the current (i c ) when the potential of the node (A) is greater than the potential of the node (B). The apparatus further comprises an additional electric branch (RA) connected to the bank of capacitors (C) to define an electric mesh (E 2 ), comprising: a diode (D2) for conducting the current (i c ) when the potential of the node (B) is greater than the potential of the node (A); and a current switch (SW 2 ).
Abstract:
A device for supplying and controlling a light source in a half-dipped signaling lamp includes at least one light source (3), housed in a base support, and a cap (4), removably fastened to the support base. At least one window seat (5a, 5b) is made in the cap and an optical prism (6a, 6b) is associated to the window seat. Reflecting means (7) direct a light beam emitted by the light source (3) toward the optical prism (6a, 6b) while sensor means (21) detect the intensity of the light radiation emitted by the light source (3) or of a representative quantity of the light radiation. A supply and control central unit (CC) receives the signals (S1, S2), coming from the sensor means (21) and supplies the light source (3).
