Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pallet truck (2), comprising a chassis (4), a drive motor (3) and a gear box (5) arranged in the chassis (4) of the pallet truck (2), a drive wheel (7), wherein the drive motor (3) is arranged to transmit power to the drive wheel (7) via the gear box (5) for driving of the pallet truck (2), a tiller arm (6) to be manoeuvred by hand by an operator for adjusting the direction of travel of the pallet track (2), wherein the drive motor (3) is fixedly arranged in the chassis (4), the gear box (5) and the drive wheel (3) are interconnected and pivotally arranged in the chassis (4), and the tiller arm (6) is connected to the gear box (5) in such a way that the gear box (5) and the drive wheel (7) together are pivoted when the operator manoeuvres the tiller arm (6).
Abstract:
Tiller truck with manually driven lifting and electric transport driving where two short batteries (11) are placed on each other between the inward inclined side frame beams (2) of the truck and with parts of the transfer mechanic for the lifting movement to the front support wheels (7) arranged between the side frame parts (2) and the batteries (11).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery change table (13) for a truck (1), comprising a sliding table (13) comprising a plurality of rollers (19) designed to support a battery pack (2), which sliding table (13) can be moved in the truck between a first position in which a battery pack (2) can be rolled on and off the sliding table, and a second position in which the battery pack (2) is arranged for operation of the truck (1), with the sliding table (13) comprising a lifting device (46) for raising and lowering the battery pack (2) in such a way that when the sliding table (13) is in the first position, the rollers (19) support the battery pack (2), and when the sliding table (13) is in the second position, the lifting device (46) supports the battery pack (2) so that the rollers (19) do not bear any of the weight of the battery pack (2).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a industrial truck comprising a lifting stand (1) having a first and a second journal (11), in which each journal (11) is provided with a bushing (15) rotatable about the journal (11), a stand holder (7), which forms part of the chassis of the industrial truck and comprises a first and a second seat (21), in which each bushing (15) is rotatably mounted in one of the respective first and second seats (21) such that the stand holder (7) supports the lifting stand (1). The industrial truck is characterized in that the respective bushing (15) and seat (21) have such a mutual geometric configuration that when each bushing (15) assumes a first rotational position in the seat (21), the bushed journals (11) are radially displaceable in the respective seat (21) such that the lifting stand (1) is disposed detachedly in the stand holder (7), and when each bushing (15) assumes a second rotational position in the seat (21), the bushed journals (11) are radially locked in the respective seat (21) such that the lifting stand (1) is fixed in the stand holder (7).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a brake system (1) for an industrial truck. The brake system comprises a control unit (2) arranged to receive at least one electrical signal corresponding to required retardation, to calculate at least one desired value related to required motor speed, at least partially on the basis of the said at least one signal, and to feed the said at least one desired value to a unit for motor control (3) that is arranged to control a driving motor (4) for propulsion of the truck on the basis of the received desired value. The brake system is characterized in that, in addition, the unit for motor control (3) is arranged to send back to the control unit (2) at least one obtained actual value related to the motor speed and in that the control unit (2) is arranged to calculate the next desired value, at least partially on the basis of a relationship between the supplied desired value and the obtained actual value.
Abstract:
Support leg truck with wheels (5) or rollers in the front edges of the support legs (1, 2) and in the rear end, with a drive wheel (3) on one side and a pivot wheel on the other side, one support leg (1) being more strongly dimensioned than the other one (2) so that when load subjected the greatest force is taken by the support wheel (5) of this and the drive wheel (3) respectively. Advantageously the stronger support leg (1) is arranged diagonally in relation to the drive wheel (3).
Abstract:
Tiller truck provided with force transferring means in order to transmit a pumping movement with the tiller (1) to the wheels via a coupling in order to facilitate the movement of the truck when this runs heavily due to a great load and/or uneven ground. The coupling is so arranged that it can be set for force transfer forward or rearward or in an entirely free position. A control (26) for the control of the coupling is arranged in the tiller handle.
