The invention relates to a cabinet body frame for refrigerating cabinet, wherein an attached layer made of material having low thermal conductivity is provided above at least a portion of the outer surface of the cabinet body frame, and the attached layer is arranged to be spaced apart from the outer surface by an air gap communicating with atmosphere. The invention also relates to a refrigerating cabinet comprising a cabinet body, at least one cabinet door and a cabinet body frame as described above, wherein the cabinet body frame is mounted to the cabinet body and the cabinet door is mounted to the cabinet body frame. The employment of the invention can sufficiently and effectively prevent foreign wet air from condensing onto the outer surface of the refrigerating cabinet without providing heating components such as electrical heater. Not only the control over manufacture cost of refrigerating cabinet is facilitated and the operation reliability is improved, but also the operational energy consumption of refrigerating cabinet can be saved so that the operational expense of the apparatus is considerably reduced. The invention exhibits significant importance in the realization of goals such as reduction of carbon emission, energy saving and environment protection.
