Continuous process for impregnating fibres with polymer powders in which said fibres are caused to circulate in an aerosol generated by a fluidised bed, the earthed fluidisation vessel of which, and the particles constituting the fluidised bed, are such as to charge the powder particles electrostatically. Said aerosol is fed with a flow of fresh powder particles equal to that at which it is desired to impregnate the fibres per unit time and in which all the powder particles previously introduced which have not been impregnated into the fibres are continuously reintroduced into the fluidised bed without any change in the supply flow rate of fresh powder particles, and device for implementing said process.

The anchoring device comprises a component (7) for guiding the terminal portion (18) of the pull line (8) between the fastening location (9) and the axis of pull (ZZ'), whereby the fastener is offset.
