A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule; (B) an organosiloxane having one silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atom per molecule and free of alkenyl groups and silicon atom-bonded alkoxy groups; (C) an organosiloxane having one silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atom and at least one silicon atom-bonded alkoxy group per molecule and free of alkenyl groups; (D) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule and free of alkenyl groups and silicon atom-bonded alkoxy groups; (E) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (F) a condensation reaction catalyst. The composition can be cured to form a cured product exhibiting excellent adhesion property against various substrates without occurring crack and delamination after a thermal shock test.

Additionally, variant or recombinant bacteria comprising these variant sucrose transporter polypeptides, and methods of utilizing the bacteria to produce products such as glycerol and glycerol-derived products are provided.

A method and an apparatus for providing under voltage protection for a LiFePO 4 battery (320). The apparatus is coupled to the battery (320) at a first connection pin (Vbat) and a second connection pin (GND), and includes a voltage divider circuit configured to generate a variable voltage in response to the variation of the voltage of the battery (320), a diode (350) configured to shut down the voltage divider circuit when the voltage drops below a predefined minimum voltage, and a first transistor (370) configured to monitor the variable voltage of the voltage divider circuit and to set a second transistor (360) to be on or off. The second transistor (360) is configured to cut off the connection between the first connection pin (Vbat) and an outlet pin (345) to prevent further leakage current draining from the battery (320). An integrated circuit including the under voltage protection circuit coupled to the battery (320) at the first connection pin (Vbat) and the second connection pin (GND) is applied in a cell phone.

Recombinant E. coli having enhanced acetyl-CoA synthetase activity and the ability to produce glycerol and glycerol-derived products, such as 3-hydroxypropionic acid, methylglyoxal, 1,2-propanediol, and 1,3-propanediol, are described. The recombinant E. coli comprise a promoter operably linked to a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide having acetyl-CoA synthetase enzyme activity, wherein the promoter and nucleotide sequence are each independently either native or non-native.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Ermittlung und Überwachung des Füllstandes (2) eines Mediums (3) in einem Behälter (4) mittels einer Laufzeitmessmethode von hochfrequenten Messsignalen (6) mit einer Hornantenne (7) aus einem Wellenleiterbereich (8) und einem aufgeweiteten Hornbereich (9), deren Hohlraum (11) zumindest teilweise mit einem dielektrischen Füllkörper (12) ausgefüllt ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einfache, temperaturstabile, mit einem dielektrischen Material gefüllte Hornantenne aufzuzeigen.
