摘要: Provided are methods of hydro-dealkylation of hydrocarbon feedstock to produce an intermediate hydrocarbon product having a boiling point at T10 of greater than about 500 °F+ by distillation method ASTM D7169 and a viscosity index greater than about 120 in accordance with ASTM D2270 where at least about 50 percent of the hydrocarbon feedstock is a SIMDIS of 400 °F. The intermediate hydrocarbon product can be used to produce a base stock, a wax and/or paraffinic diesel.

In the disclosed methods, the linkers are reacted with one or more compounds of formula M»Xm, where each M is independently cationic Be, Mg, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ru, Rh, Pd, Cd, or Hf, X is anionic, n and m are integers. The reaction is performed in the presence of a salicylate, salicylamide, 1,3-phthalate, or hydroxybenzoate based modulator.

摘要: Compositions are provided corresponding to covalent organic framework materials that are doped with selected metal ions. The selected metal ions can correspond to metal ions that can both a) form a bonding complex with functional groups in the COF material, and b) after forming the bonding complex with the functional group, can further form a modified sorption complex with the imine group and a sorbed component, such as a CO2. As a result, the metal ion-doped organic framework materials can have unexpected sorption properties for sorption of components such as CO2. The metal ions can be selected in part based on "hard soft acid base" theory. Methods of sorption of components from gas phase flows are also provided.

摘要: Provided herein are post-synthesis methods of thermally stabilizing a metal-organic framework having defects that decomposes after about 12 hours at a first temperature. The methods include contacting the metal-organic framework with a stabilizing solution to provide a treated metal-organic framework. The treated metal-organic framework is thermally stable after 12 hours at a second temperature at least about 50°C greater than the first temperature. Also, the treated metal-organic framework has a PXRD pattern that is substantially the same as the PXRD pattern of the untreated metal-organic framework. Provided herein are also post- synthesis methods to improve CO2 adsorption of metal-organic frameworks. Provided herein are also modified EMM-71 metal-organic frameworks.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for increasing the yield of products generated during co-processing of biomass oil in a fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) system. The systems and methods can allow for increased yield by reducing or minimizing formation of carbon oxides, gas phase products, and/or coke yields during the co-processing. This can be achieved by adding a hydrogen-rich co-feed to the co-processing environment. Examples of hydrogen- rich co-feeds include high hydrogen content vacuum gas oil co-feed, high hydrogen content distillate co-feed, and/or high hydrogen content naphtha co-feed. Additionally or alternately, various types of fractions that contain a sufficient amount of hydrogen donor compounds can be used to reduce or minimize carbon oxide formation

摘要: Provided are methods of making a MOF UiO-66 comprising reacting zirconium oxychloride with terephthalic acid or derivative thereof and acetic acid in a solvent to provide a reaction solution; diluting the reaction solution with water, heating the diluted reaction solution and reducing the reaction temperature of the reaction mixture to provide the MOF UiO-66 having a micropore volume greater than or equal to 0.45 cc/g and a crystal size of between about 20 nm and about 1000 nm. Also provided are methods of making a MOF UiO-66 where a zirconium hydroxide acetate and zirconium hydroxide are reacted with a carboxylic acid or derivative thereof and acetic acid in a solvent to produce the metal-organic framework MOF UiO-66 having a micropore volume at least 0.35 cc/gram.

摘要: Provided herein are methods of making the present metal-organic framework spheres and novel compositions produced by the same. In the present methods, sodium alginate and water are mixed to produce an aqueous sodium alginate solution. Metal-organic frameworks are added to the aqueous sodium alginate solution to produce an aqueous metal-organic framework alginate mixture. A calcium chloride solution is added to the metal-organic framework alginate mixture is added to form the metal-organic framework sphere. The metal-organic framework sphere produced has about 70 wt.% of metal-organic frameworks or less and a network of calcium alginate complexes and can withstand a crush strength of at least 44.5 N.

摘要: Compositions based on effluents and/or products from FCC processing of a high saturate content, low heteroatom content feedstock are provided. By processing a high saturate content, low heteroatom content feed under various types of FCC conditions, a variety of compositions with unexpected compositional features and/or unexpected properties can be formed. The unexpected compositional features and/or unexpected properties can correspond to features and/or properties associated with one or more of the total effluent, a naphtha boiling range portion of effluent, a distillate or light cycle oil boiling range portion of the effluent, and/or a bottoms portion of the effluent.
