摘要: A low SAR chabazite zeolite, its synthesis, and its use for the treatment of an exhaust gas, are disclosed. The chabazite (CHA) zeolite having an SAR of from 7 to 15, and at least one following features: (a) a mesoporous surface area of less than 35 m2/g; (b) a BET surface area of 500-800 m2/g; and/or (c) a micropore volume of 0.2-0.3 cm2/g.

摘要: Methods for cracking a hydrocarbon oil include contacting the hydrocarbon oil with a catalyst system in a fluidized catalytic cracking unit to produce light olefins and gasoline fuel. The catalyst system includes a FCC base catalyst and a catalyst additive. The FCC base catalyst includes a Y-zeolite. The catalyst additive includes a framework-substituted *BEA-type zeolite. The framework-substituted *BEA-type zeolite has a modified *BEA framework. The modified *BEA framework is a *BEA aluminosilicate framework modified by substituting a portion of framework aluminum atoms of the *BEA aluminosilicate framework with beta-zeolite Al-substitution atoms selected from titanium, zirconium, hafnium, and combinations thereof. The FCC base catalyst may include a framework-substituted ultra-stable Y (USY)-zeolite as the Y-zeolite. The framework-substituted USY-zeolite has USY aluminosilicate framework modified by substituting a portion of framework aluminum atoms with titanium, zirconium, hafnium, or combinations thereof.

摘要: Предложена реакционно-ректификационная система для получения алкилированных ароматических углеводородов, содержащая по меньшей мере одну каталитическую реакционную зону, являющуюся зоной реакции алкилирования по меньшей мере одним олефином, причем движение реагентов в реакционной зоне является сонаправленным и восходящим, из системы верхним продуктом выводятся преимущественно непрореагировавшие вещества и возвращаются частично в зону реакции, частично в качестве верхнего орошения колонны, а нижним продуктом выводятся продукты реакции. Система может иметь по меньшей мере один боковой отбор для выведения компонента, наиболее селективно образующегося в ходе реакции. Система может иметь помимо реакционной зоны алкилирования дополнительно зону трансалкилирования ароматических соединений продуктами реакции алкилирования. Система может иметь установленную вертикальную перегородку в по меньшей мере одной дистилляционной секции аппарата для повышения эффективности разделения реагентов.

摘要: Catalyst compositions comprising a zeolite and a mesoporous support or binder are disclosed. The mesoporous support or binder comprises a mesoporous metal oxide having a particle diameter of greater than or equal to 20 μm at 50% of the cumulative pore size distribution (d 50 ). Also disclosed are processes for producing a mono-alkylated aromatic compound (e.g., ethylbenzene or cumene) which exhibit improved yield of the mono- alkylated aromatic compound using alkylation catalysts comprising one or more of these catalyst compositions.

摘要: Multi-layered or core/shell structured zeolites and processes of making the same are disclosed. The zeolites can include a first zeolite having a first silica (SiO2) to alumina (Al2O3) ratio (SAR) and a second zeolite that is in direct contact with the first zeolite defining an interface between the first and second zeolites, the second zeolite being a pure silica zeolite or having a second SAR ratio that is different than the first SAR ratio, wherein the silicon (Si) and optionally aluminum (Al), if present, in the second zeolite is from the first zeolite, and the first and second zeolites are different zeolites.
