    摘要: A system for carbon dioxide capture from a gas mixture comprises a lean solvent comprising 3-amino-1-propanol (AP), 2-dimethylamino-2-methyl-1-propanol (DMAMP), and water; an absorber containing at least a portion of the lean solvent, wherein the absorber is configured to receive the lean solvent and a gaseous stream comprising carbon dioxide, contact the lean solvent with the gaseous stream, and produce a rich solvent stream and a gaseous stream depleted in carbon dioxide; a stripper, wherein the stripper is configured to receive the rich solvent stream; a cross-exchanger fluidly coupled to a rich solvent outlet on the absorber and a rich solvent inlet on the stripper; a reboiler fluidly coupled to a lower portion of the stripper; and a condenser fluidly coupled to a vapor outlet of the stripper.

A method may comprise receiving a feed gas to an absorber; contacting the feed gas counter-currently with a lean solvent stream to remove acid gas from the feed gas; producing a treated feed gas stream from the absorber; producing a rich solvent stream from the absorber comprising acid gas removed from the feed gas; receiving a side stream from the absorber to a side cooler; removing at least a portion of the heat of absorption from the side stream by the side cooler; producing a first output stream from the side cooler that is routed back into the absorber at a point below a draw point for the side stream; and producing a second output stream from the side cooler that is routed back into the absorber at a point below the first output stream.

    摘要: Systems and methods for treatment of produced water form a steam assisted gravity drain operation are presented in which tight emulsions, total organic compounds, and solids are removed using a skim tanks that receives a multiphase mixture formed from a demulsifier and the produced water and that produces pre-treated water. The so formed pre-treated water is then subject to further total organic compounds reduction via combination with one or more oxidizing biocide to so form treated water that can be fed to a once through steam generator (OTSG) for re-injection into a formation.

Fluid is stored in a flexible bladder that is at least partially enclosed in a vessel. The bladder is coupled to a support, which supports the weight of the bladder with the aid of a support driver. A sensor may be used to monitor the position of the support, allowing determination of the volume of the bladder.

    摘要: Methods and apparatus for locating anchor points embedded within building structures are presented. Anchor points within a building structure (e.g., column, pillar, floor, wall, etc.) can be covered by an anchor point cover to prevent the anchor point from becoming contaminated by poured concrete used to form the building structure. The anchor point cover can be placed so that a top portion of cover is just beneath the surface of the concrete building structure. In addition, an anchor point locator can be placed near the anchor point. Once the poured concrete hardens, the anchor point can be located by detecting a signal originating from the anchor point locator. One can remove hardened covering material and the anchor point cover to reveal the anchor point.
