Abstract:
Colouring and/or toxic by-products reduce the use-value of carbendazim. Hitherto, a number of methods have been proposed for reducing the number of these undesirable by-products. With its simple and economic treatment of the carbendazim, the novel method substantially reduces the amount of these colouring and/or toxic by-products or even eliminates them completely. By treating the impure carbendazim charges with a diazotization agent in the acid, its content of by-products is largely reduced or the undesired components are completely eliminated. The method is used to produce a fungicide which fully meets the demands placed thereon.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method of inhibiting virus multiplication by deliberate interference with the interactions necessary for virus replication by the expression of chromosomally coded dominantly negative mutations.
Abstract:
The invention pertains to insecticides and acaricides characterized by an effective concentration of at least one insecticidal compound selected from the group of parapyrethroids, the group of nitromethylenes, the group of carbamates and the group of phenylpyrazoles in combination with at least one insect-pathogenic fungus (component B).
Abstract:
Described are compounds, suitable for use as herbicides and plant-growth regulators, of the formula (I) (salt form) in which R to R , X, Y, Z, M and n are as defined in claim 1 and, in particular, R is a (substituted) hydrocarbon group and R is an acyl group. Compounds of the formula (I) are prepared by prior art methods or from: a) appropriately substituted phenylsulphonamides (V) and Cl-COOAr and subsequent reaction with heterocyclic amines (VII) or b) appropriate sulphochlorides (IX) and amines (VII) in the presence of cyanates (see claim 8).
Abstract:
