Abstract: The invention concerns a work element having two degrees of mobility. Said element can move two mobile links with the aid of two motors, one of the links acting upon the work element. The method is characterized by simultaneous action on a work element with the aid of another mobile link. The invention is also characterized by the guidance of a work element having two degrees of mobility and two motors. One of said motors is located at the base and is connected kinematically to one end of the first mobile link that is located at the base and is capable of moving and the other motor is kinematically connected to one end of the second mobile link.
