Abstract:
Improved G-rich oligonucleotide (GRO) aptamers specific to nucleolin, a method of preparing the aptamers, and a use of the aptamers for diagnosing and/or treating a nucleolin-associated disease, are provided.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method provide an effective handover of a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system from a macro evolved Node-B (eNB) to a relay eNB). In a method of supporting a handover of a User Equipment (UE) by a macro evolved Node-B (eNB) in a wireless communication system, a handover of the UE to a relay eNB is determined. A handover request and RRC connection setup message is transmitted to the relay eNB by integrating a handover request message for requesting a handover of the UE and an RRC connection setup message for requesting RRC connection setup between the macro eNB and the relay eNB. A handover request response and RRC connection setup response message are received from the relay eNB by integrating a handover request response message and an RRC connection setup response message.

Abstract:
A device for removing air pollution comprising an inflow pipe 10 for introducing the air or raw gas to the water 30 in a tank 20, the pipe having a suction opening 11 equipped with a suction fan 12, and a tank 20 for containing the water, the tank having an injection opening 21 for supplying water into the tank, a draining opening 22 on the side of floor for draining the water from the tank and a discharge opening 23 for discharging the purified air or gas from the tank 20 to the outside, wherein the end of the part of the inflow pipe 10 immersed in the water is provided with an assembly of a filter 13 with an apertures-formed lid 14 and a baffle plate 24 is formed at the location beneath the discharging opening 23.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waste water disposal apparatus comprising: a body in which an accommodation space for accommodating waste water therein is equipped, and has an inlet port for allowing said waste water to flow into the accommodation space; a drainpipe which has one end that is connected to be communicated to the body such that the waste water in the accommodation space can be discharged to the outside, wherein the drainpipe is installed on said body such that an injection port into which the waste water flows can be positioned on an upper side of the inlet port; and a main filtering unit which has a plurality of main filtering members that float in the water between the inlet port and the injection port, so as to form filtering layers in the water between the inlet port and the injection port to filter pollutants which are contained within the waste water flowing through the inlet port. According to the present invention, the waste water disposal apparatus is simply formed and is easily installed and manufactured, and further, since the filtering layers are formed by the plurality of the filtering members floating within the waste water, permeability can be maintained even though foreign substances are adhered to said filtering members, thereby easily discharging purified waste water.

Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for controlling transmitter power of a femto base station in a broadband wireless communication system are provided. In the method, a femto base station receives a signal having an intensity of a threshold or more from UE and transmits a message reporting power-on of a transmitter to a femto base station controller. The UE transmits a message reporting downlink signal measurement results of femto base stations to the femto base station controller via a macro base station. The femto base station controller determines a femto base station which becomes a handover target of the UE using report messages of the femto base stations and the UE. The femto base station controller transmits a handover procedure start message to the macro base station and the determined femto base station.
Abstract:
This invention is about the generator generating electricity, letting the generating part generate electricity by gravity and buoyancy while being raised, in this way it does not make any pollutants that cause environmental pollution and global warming, and the aim of this invention is to provide the generator using gravity and buoyancy to prevent environmental pollution and global warming, and it includes the main body which is moving possibly sustained by the guide and the roller inside the guide, the water entrance which is open and shut possibly set in the main body, into which water flows when it is raised by buoyancy so it opens and which water cannot flow in when the main body is lowered so it shuts, the pumping part, which is set in the lower part of the main body in order to discharge water when the main body is lowered, the water exit through which water is discharged touching the pumping part set in the lower part of the main body when the main body is lowered by gravity, and which stops water flowing in when the main body is raised so it shuts, the gear is set across the guide vertically, and the generating part which is set in the main body and which generates electricity, being attached with the gear when the main body is raised and lowered.
