    Abstract: Device for cutting yarns and light fabrics in textile machines, comprising a shear (3) with a fixed blade (32) and a mobile blade (30), wherein the mobile blade (30) is fixed on a shaft (2) held up by a support (1) and oscillated about its longitudinal axis by means of a corresponding actuator. Said actuator generates an oscillatory magnetic field which, by magnetically hooking a permanent magnet (45) associated with said shaft (2), that is a magnetic component with fixed polarity associated with shaft (2) , produces an oscillating motion of said shaft about its longitudinal axis and consequently an oscillating motion of said mobile blade.

    Abstract: Electric machine comprising a rotor (R) with a shaft (4) having a longitudinal axis (x-x) and a stator (Sl; S2) with two stator units coaxially disposed one inside and the other outside the rotor (R). The inner stator (Sl) having an annular part (CRl) from which a plurality of teeth (Dl) emerge radially and centrifugally. The external stator (S2) having an annular part (CR2) from which a plurality of teeth (D2) emerge radially and centripetally. The said rotor (R) comprises a rotor ring (1) formed by a plurality of parallelepiped permanent magnets (2) having predetermined width, height and length (W2, H2, P2). The width of the teeth of the inner stator unit (Sl) is LG1=3O%W2; LT1=4O%W2. The width of the teeth of the external stator unit (S2) is equal (LG2) to the chord of a circle arc delimited by two radiuses (ri, re) tangent to the edges of the enlarged head (Tl) of a tooth (Dl) of the inner stator unit (Sl), the radius of said circle arc being R=R1+DR, wherein R1=RM-1/2DR, RM is the average radius of the rotor ring (1) and DR is the radial distance between the enlarged head portions (Tl, T2) of the said teeth (Dl, D2) LT2=110%LG2.
