Abstract: La présente invention se rapporte à de nouveaux neurostéroides, notamment des dérivés de l'alloprégnanolone et de l'épialloprégnanolone de formule (I) et leurs utilisations comme médicament pour le traitement de neuropathologies, en particulier les neuropathies induites par la chimiothérapie d'un cancer. Ces molécules selon l'invention ont des effets aussi bien préventifs que curatifs. Les neurostéroides selon l'invention peuvent aussi être utiles dans le traitement des troubles neurodégénératifs, en particulier pour empêcher la mort des cellules neuronales. Ils peuvent ainsi être utilisés comme agent neuroprotecteurs et/ou comme agent stimulant la prolifération des neurones.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及新型的神经甾体，尤其是式（I）的异山梨醇酮和脯氨酰孕酮酮的衍生物及其用作治疗神经病理学的药物的用途，特别是由癌症化学疗法诱发的神经病变。 根据本发明的这些分子具有预防和治疗作用。 根据本发明的神经甾体化合物也可用于治疗神经变性疾病，特别是用于预防神经元细胞死亡。 因此，它们可以用作神经保护剂和/或作为刺激神经元增殖的药剂。
