Abstract:
The tube, in particular for containing fluid products such as creams and cosmetic products in general, comprises: a trunco-conical body (1a) having a lower part (1b) which is open for introduction of the product, and can be closed after the introduction; and also comprises an upper part (1c) affording a passage for exit of the product from the tube. A cap (3) can be applied on the upper part (1c) of the tube for closing the passage and is connected to the upper part (1c) of the tube by a hinge element (4). The tube, the cap (3) and the hinge element (4) are all made in a single piece obtained by injection moulding.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a capsule (1) for the security closure of containers. It is usefully applied in the field of diagnosis and especially on containers full of a chemical reagent into which a sample of a substance to be analysed is injected. The capsule (1) is provided with a cap (2) having at least one portion (3) made of a material which can be pierced by a syringe needle. The portion (3) is covered by a cover (4). The cap (2) is associated to a first security ring (5) such as to detach from the cap (2) following a raising of the cap (2) in an axial direction to the container. A second security ring (6) is associated to the cover (4) in such a way as to detach therefrom following a raising of the cover (4) so as to uncover the pierceable portion (3) and permit a needle to be introduced into the container.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a capsule (1) for closing a container (2) provided with a neck (3). The capsule (1) comprises a cap (4) for closing the container (2) and an annular body (6), interpositioned between the cap (4) and the neck (3) of the container (2), which is solidly connected to the cap (4) and coupled by a screw coupling (18) to the neck (3). A security ring (5), connected to the annular body (6), is destined to distance therefrom by effect of raising of the annular body (6) in an axial direction, at first opening of the container (2).
Abstract:
The capsule comprises: an internal capsule (4), which inserts removably in a mouth (2) of a container (1) to be closed, having an external cover (5), creating a security opening of the container (1); a reducer (7) which is applied on the mouth (2) of the container (1) and which is provided with an upper wall (70), in which a hole (71) is afforded, in which a syringe doser (8) can be introduced. The reducer (7) comprises: at least a radial projection (72) in the upper wall (70) thereof, which inserts in an annular recess (40) internally afforded in the upper part of the internal capsule (4); a first annular cavity (73), delimited by an external wall (74) and an internal wall (75) which develop axially below the upper wall (70) of the reducer (7), in which upper wall (70) an overhang (20) developing axially from the upper end of the mouth (2) of the container (1) is anchored.
Abstract:
The process includes a stage of sterilisation of the flagon, the drop-dispenser and the closure cap making up the container, which is preceded by a stage in which the cap and the drop-dispenser are removably anchored together. In a subsequent stage the flagon and the drop-dispenser-cap group are placed in an aseptic environment, and the flagon is filled before the pre-assembled drop-dispenser-cap group is inserted on the flagon. The means for actuating the above process comprise a flagon (1), a drop-dispenser (2) which is pressure-inserted in the flagon (1) and a closure cap (3) which is screwed onto the drop-dispenser before the drop-dispenser (2) is inserted on the flagon (1).
Abstract:
A package for keeping products separate until use comprises a container (1) provided with an upper mouth (2) inside which a capsule (3) is inserted; the capsule having a bottom (4) which is destined at the moment of use of the package to be broken by a cutting element (11). A cap (13) covers the capsule (3) and the cutting element (11), and is screwed on a sleeve (6) solidly constrained to the capsule (3). When a security strip (16) is removed the cap (13) can be screwed, placing a pressure on the cutting element (11) which causes the capsule (3) to be ruptured and a product contained therein to mix with a product contained in the container.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a capsule (3) with a reservoir (8) for substances to be mixed with liquids at moment of use, for single-dose or multi-dose containers (1). The capsule (3) contains a cap (4) for closure of the mouth (2) of the container, to which the reservoir (8) is associated, the reservoir (8) exhibiting an open end (8 a) which faces towards an inside of the container. The capsule (3) further comprises an obturator (5), solidly constrained to the cap and sealedly associable to the open end of the reservoir (8) in order to close the reservoir (8) and to be extractable therefrom by means of a reciprocally distancing movement between the reservoir (8) and the cap. The capsule (3) comprises at least an opening (6), afforded in the cap which places the inside of the reservoir (8) in communication with the inside of the container when the obturator is extracted from the open end of the reservoir (8).
Abstract:
A process for realizing plastic capsules (1) comprises: a first forming stage for realizing a cap (2) having an internal annular projection (2a) arranged in proximity of an open lower zone of the cap (2); a second forming stage of an annular element (3), provided with a security element (4) and with an external annular projection (3a) for inserting, during an assembly stage of the cap (2) with the annular element (3), over the internal annular projection of the cap (2). A stage of mechanical working is performed on the cap (2), for realizing, on an internal wall of the cap (2) and in proximity of a lower zone thereof, an annular incision (2b) which does not pass entirely through the cap (2) and which receives at least a part of the external annular projection (3a)
Abstract:
The invention relates to a child-proof capsule with a security strip (12) the capsule comprises an internal cap (4) which can be removably applied on a neck (2) of a container (1). An external cap (5) is applied and constrained on the internal cap (4). The external cap (5) is free to move in an axial direction from a first position in which free rotation is possible between the external cap (5) and the internal cap (4) to second position in which the external cap (5) and the internal cap (4) are solid in rotation. The security strip (12) is made in a single piece with the internal cap (4) and is of annular shape with a V-section. When the capsule is mounted on the container, a free circumference (12b) of the security strip (12) engages with an annular projection (15) fashioned on the container (1). In a connection zone between the security strip (12) and the peripheral edge (4a) of the internal cap (4) there is a plurality of circumferential cuts (16), not conjoined, which occupy all of the connection zone.
