    Abstract: The invention refers to a flexible package comprising a plurality of walls including first and second opposing side walls (2,3) having side seams (19,39). At least a first gusset (12) is formed in at least the first side wall, the first gusset comprising an internal panel (13) and an external panel (14) together forming a pocket. At least the first side wall comprises tearing means (11) which is at least partially formed in or through the external panel.     Abstract: An easy-open, re-closable package for a plurality of disposable diapers. The package including a plurality of disposable diapers (500) , a wrapping layer (140) which substantially surrounds the plurality of disposable diapers and a re-closable fastening system (100) . The re-closable fastening system (100) may be joined with said wrapping layer (140) . The re-closable fastening system (100) may have a female fastening portion (110) and a male fastening portion (130) , wherein said female fastening portion (110) and said male fastening portion (130) being releasably engageable . In another exemplary embodiment, the male fastening portion (130) is releasably engageable between said plurality of disposable diapers (500) and said wrapping layer (140) . The re-closable package may also include a removable portion (120) . The removable portion (120) being integrally formed within the re-closable fastening system (125) . The removable portion may include a grip portion (125) . The removable portion (120) may be defined by a first perforation (122) and a second perforation (123) , wherein pulling upon the grip portion (125) results in the tearing along of said perforations (122,123) so as to open the package.
